parking lot lit and provided with a water tap (not much pressure) video surveillance of the pizzeria, for electricity I can't see anything !!! calm and peaceful place.

Handy overnighter before making for Venice (or after) - free park, no obligation to visit opposite pizzeria. Some road noise until after work hours then fine, shade available should you want it! Not needed in Nov. Useful security in video surveillance equipment on site.
