Pleasant enough overnight stop even in dreary March & would be lovely when the sun is shining I’m sure! Right alongside the river & walking distance to small town with commerce. Free services (no electric) level hardstanding & easy access, although slight slope in one direction which could be avoided if necessary.

No apparent services on site excepting waste-bin. But nice clean, quiet location with possibility of fishing in season on pleasant looking lake, see online photos for details of carte required. Tennis court adjacent if you’re feeling energetic

Lovely well cared for area, kiddies playground, small bar/restaurant (in season)- happened to be free live music evening on our visit.Pleasant walks from site both countryside &into small town. Toilets at bar clean & stocked. Note Mini Fott Bleu services are via token, available at bakers in town at 1€ each. Grey & black water disposal free.

Super location, must surely rival the likes of Brantome & Confolen for its appeal on a slightly smaller, hence more intimate feel, but less busy! Still, all you need is here, provided you’ve come prepared. Parking can be ‘snug’ but access is reasonable unless you’re a ‘big un’ . Direct river access- 2nd Catg for licence holders, even managed a couple of small barbel, lovely 😊.

Lovely small town to explore, including an old chateau/castle (entry only 3€ with English language leaflets), aire pleasant with shade under trees. Service area could be tricky manoeuvre for larger units but ok, toilets adjacent & tourist info centre on site inc free WiFi. Try out local commerce -Café Reunion on market square is an experience-reminiscent of League of Gentleman, Authentic !

Ok stop for overnight parking. Next to free to visit museum &handy for walking into town. However busy in evening & inevitably the local boy racers frequent the area until the appearance of the polizia. Well lit & busy.

Large open mixed parking, free for us out of season in Feb -charge Apr to Oct. Toilets across road locked now. No facilities but did find nice small cafe/bar open at entrance to archeological park. Nice quiet night spent alongside 2other vans.

Open all year but only pay start of Apr to end Oct - Free now & unusually free water & access to WC dump point (adjacent to water fountain)- Recycle bins on site, large paved car park access to nature area. Well lit & out in middle of nowhere so peaceful & quiet but lonely! Just the sounds of flamingo’s roosting down.

Superb site, staff friendly,helpful & knowledgeable. Facilities first class. Don’t be put off by price indicated, we booked via internet & paid only 61E inc 12E tax for 3 nights, admittedly in Feb, with elect. Perfect for Rome visit bus stop directly outside & tickets +advice available-good supermarket just across road. cabin accom availb if friends visiting, alongside pitches.

Super place. Had some rain prior, so actually parked on museum hard standing area which was fine rather than risk the tree covered space & is still litter free! 👍

Various stopping points along this section- did find loo empty point look for small sewage works (unmanned) at far Sth East point of road (37.42831n/ 13.248738e) just lift the well used, hinged manhole (not PC!) cover. Also water font available on approach to same, just where you are able to turn back on yourselves, in the middle of the road. Nice quiet spot.

Priced @10E winter rate inc elect. Lovely tidy,level, campsite run with a personal touch, clean toilets with paper & soap, if a little cramped for room, both sexes in same building-large shower cubicles @50c a go. Water at alternate pitch’s, well lit site. No litter (well nearly)- separate recycle bins! Just across the track from a fine sandy beach. Large marquee for use if cold or for shade!

It is free & there’s loads of space, nice @ quiet too, in season there would be enough bars @ cafes to fulfil your catering needs (closed presently) for a couple of days - nearby hotel appeared open so possibly could have made use if we had tried it. Well lit & some bins (overflowing as normal). No services apparent.

Great location for visiting the nearby fine old town, just a struggle up the multitude of steps and you’re there. Alternatively you could stroll around the harbour whilst the fishing boats are coming in & witness the spectacle of the scrum, when the old boys try to buy the catch for as little as possible & walk away disgusted when they miss out.Some noise but have suffered much worse elsewhere.

Ok stop whilst travelling in this area. Interesting site as location of quarry from where cut stone was transported to nearby temples, free visit if ticket from temple visit is shown. Water appears to be disconnected (maybe seasonal). Bumpy cobbled approach road but ultra quiet overnight save for the owls at dusk!

Lovely old town to wander around with usual proliferation of bars & cheap cafes. English translated info boards dotted around the town.Waste the day away being entertained by watching the haggling when the multitude of fishing boats land their catch, proper working harbour supplying the needs of the people. No facilities here but well worth a day or two.

Stunning views - especially if you make the effort to traverse to the upper rough parking area, watch the potholes thou. Cafes on site & cable car or walk up mountain from here, well worth the effort, good WiFi in cafe. Nice parking on lower level also (fish the lake). Peaceful quiet spot once tourist traffic ceases. Small museum ok, only.

Very pleasant couple of Nov nights spent here, did park on hard standing (side of very wide road) although there were a couple of vans right at the end on the wasteland area,which is probably a better option in high season. WC empty available & water conn on beach shower for your use, at this location on rough ground. As everywhere in Italy there is litter & it seems bins are emptied sometime !

Useful overnighter, there are very few other alternatives in this locality. Handy respite to hide up from the “Bora” winds in the sheltered hotel carpark. May consider it expensive considering you’re only using car park space. However WiFi is available in hotel & you are able to make use of the hotel facilities but they are looking tired & aged nowadays. Indoor/outdr pool.Paid 75 KN no electric.

Highly recommended-spotless facilities, water & electric at pitch- we on 3rd of 4grades, so 1 row back & paid E25 /night mid Sept. Even the standard pitches(at about E22) very nice. Well separated pitches -premium pitches (E28) come with sunshade & brick built BBQ on each & of course front row. Elevated site so short walk down to selection of beaches but steps down or graduated slope for access.

Hey it’s cheap! As a quick park & ride site then obviously it’s gonna have fast travel routes into city centre & they’re busy. Noisy during the day but does cut down later but if you’ve spent the day getting a cheap bus into city (or biked) & was spent the day wandering around this lovely place then a little noise is not going to prevent you sleeping.Also there are rebuilding works on rail line

Faultless,other than WiFi was intermittent on the pitch, small gripe really. Clean well appointed toilet/shower blocks. Laundry available at 40kuna for large load. Water & waste(grey) on pitch, site busy but didn’t feel congested, lovely environment to in which to spend some time. Good value fish platter to be had in sports bar/ restaurant just into town.

Fine stopover for a freebie so close to lake shore. Had bikes which was ideal to explore at length along shoreline, walking from here to lakeside amenities would be fine. Cafes, restaurants all well within reach.Water available. Good peaceful night spent.

Super scenic area, beautiful views from van alongside small river, happened to arrive on the day cable car finished for season (Sept 2nd), so quiet. Also missed anybody who was collecting payment so unsure if due at this time of year or freebie. Pleasant small town to wander with normal facilities.

Other onight park right by river, thou no facilities @45.145563n/10.805977e slightly further out of centre, nicer, lots more room, but is near main road!Or @Palace Te 45.146583n/10.788721e turn by football stadium. Spoilt for choice. Lovely town to spend the evening wandering around people watching-boat trips available on the 3lakes surrounding town very pleasant.

Adequate stop for an overnight- although beside the road traffic quietens down late evening. Pizza restaurant adjacent (untried), supermarket 100m down hill. Tidy small town with old historic centre to wander around but no access to castle (mansion house now).Free parking service point usable although a little scruffy. (No elect). Ok

Pleasant overnight stay-although beside the road not overly busy, especially later. 2x free electric points are fixed onto service area housing so you will need to get out your long leads in order to park in the nicer bays or else pull up alongside the service bay which is ok if not busy,only us +1other in Aug. Has picnic benches onsite as well as all free services. Walked along lane to chateau

Nice quiet spot although alongside road. Good bike route & bird watching, fresh fish sales adjacent, cafe/bar a short stroll away.

Nice well laid out campsite, as stated in previous review facilities a little tired & may struggle to cope if campsite were ever full but superb location on bank of leisure lake. Day ticket fishing available at only 5E day, didn’t try on site restaurant.Nice countryside walks & biking. Kiddies playground. Local town with all provisions.

Looked to be a nice overnight stop,however it’s presently full so no room for us, semi permanent vans on site. Travelled short distance back into the village & shared the village square with one other van, adjacent to butcher, cafe & small library, no problem nice peaceful pitch.

Smashing CP grateful for the all inclusive price, especially when the snow arrived. Nice warm bathroom area thou showers could be hotter-maybe I’m being harsh in snowy Dec. Cracking WiFi service. Would be even better in sunny times. Nice vendor. Local towns nice to explore. Good firm gravelled drive & parking area in ‘moist’ weather.

Good level hard standing available as well as the tarmac area, loads of room. Good access to services. Shame we missed out on mine visit, closed 31st Nov, will try post photo of opening times/prices (all available on line) would’ve liked a visit.

Looked like an ok place to stop except no electric available as 2 units had been previously tripped as overloaded & not re set able! Locked cupboard. & other units in use by live on site vans that were here for the winter it seems. Busy road adjacent, Moved on elsewhere.

Does what it says on the tin! Yes it’s right in the town & yes it’s noisy from both the road & the aircraft but it’s free & very convenient - we’re the only van here in mid Nov so no prob getting in.

Stayed mid Nov only van here, nice & quiet, although this area you may be ok at, co-ordinates are slightly out as this car park pictured is where the ambulances park up & operate from, just a mixed car park so no facilities but ok for o/night & unusually free! @ 42.203794N /8.294762E.

Weather was a bit bleak whilst we were here, so free electric was very useful! Once we were able to get on the single outlet when other van moved off. Nice quiet stop, water here also. Restaurant across road, parking is at base of church at classic, top of the hill French village. Hence lovely views across surrounding countryside.

Lovely quiet countryside pitch within family vineyard - no charge levied for first 2nights (inc electric) then only 5euros per night thereafter. Which just means you spend the expected charge on a couple of nice bottles of produce, only seemed fair! Warm welcome from hosts & WiFi available in office area only. Nice outlook from pitch across countryside in Nov so summer would be equally lovely.

To be able to utilise the electric hook up from the pictured parking bays you would need really long conn lead (50m) or so. It is possible to park further down lane past small toilet building which puts you closer to the 4electric points, but only for if you have a small vehicle to squeeze through the gap in hedge onto the hard gravelled area. Happy without electric?then there’s plenty of parking

Handy overnighter before making for Venice (or after) - free park, no obligation to visit opposite pizzeria. Some road noise until after work hours then fine, shade available should you want it! Not needed in Nov. Useful security in video surveillance equipment on site.

Excellent site with helpful knowledgeable staff, lovely toilet/shower block heated in Nov, luxury! Extra payment for WiFi which wasn’t perfect but useable-however be aware payment covers 2 devices. So log in with those you need most, first. Could have been more regular clean but ok. Perfect for Venice visit.

Nice quiet overnight we, all services free (inc electric) & laid out well. Alongside local leisure facilities, playground, clubon edge of small town. Interesting walk across river, to orphanage with info board & up to ‘folly’ mausoleum at top of hill, viewpoint, giving lovely views across vineyards & snow capped mountains beyond. Good bike riding country side, alongside river & golf course nearby.

Useful town parking, both main station bus & train links to Venice if you want to park up free for the day & travel in. Further free parking adjacent to swimming pool & also train station. No services although we didn’t search for any. Cafe on site in season closed in Oct visit. Busy with locals so arrive early or late in day. Walk into shops/bars etc. Nice riverside walk bike routes.

Super overnighter - try choose pitch at far end nearer water supply & toilet emptying facilities which are away from noisy air con units outside new buildings! Competent & enthusiastic staff at excellent museum & large portions in restaurant- minimise any child’s meals just get extra plate!

Just checked it out as no reviews. Would rather drive thro the night- scruffy car park adjacent to the busiest road in Treviso - no services apparent, fail to see why it appears on a quality app like this!

Lovely free stop, cracking pizzeria, who will provide WiFi free. Nice walk/bike rides from area, good economical food & drinks. Nice level pitches & also on grass. Further parking a short distance back on concrete blocks in addition to 3 prime spots.

Spent 3nights here in Oct - no problems good quiet area with sociable small town-bars & cafe WiFi available. No services obvious but didn’t search!

Nice lakeside stop, didn’t stay overnight but looked ok. No services but nice town to visit, hard standing area adjacent to busy car park in amongst shady trees. Boat trips depart around lake from here. Free park short walk to town & wharf.

Very nice campsite although of course expensive as we’ve come to expect in Croatia. Toilet facilities of highest standard & staff welcoming. Short bike ride into lovely Novagrad & wander round harbour to pass the day. Good WiFi,to our far away, from reception pitch. Good hard standing pitches under trees. Red squirrels to watch!

Ok parking spot - free as far as we could see, lots of space & right on the harbour edge with lovely view out to sea. Coffee/snack bars in season & some run down areas around, short walk along pleasant prom to new upmarket harbour along the bay with bars & restaurants. We had 2 nights in Oct no problems although not quiet until after 10pm at least. Water available on quayside, bins & recycle also.

Nice campsite once you’ve accepted the price , comparable with all others! We ended up @E30/night to inc elect & front row position. WiFi ok generally, bear in mind only 30% full. Helpful staff. From approx Nov 5th, €10 per equipe. Terrific bike routes from camp round headland & into lovely Portoroz & Piran 5k or so.

Nice quiet overnight stop in small town, selection of cafes, no facilities but a short walk over the wooden covered bridge to the tourist office for free wifi & spotless toilets-lovely little playground & enclosed Astro turf football area if you've got the ankle biters aboard & need to let off steam. We parked in hard standing area next to large hotel, turn left just over river bridge.

Nice quiet site, 8 reserved spaces for MH's with 48hr max stay indicated. Toilets on site, with water supply available, clean & well maintained. Good to see selection of bins on site to sort your waste. Pathway down to lakeside direct from site. Unfortunately large trees & shrubs obscure view of lake. Access road somewhat narrow & steep, also slopes in places will prevent large units (we 6m ok).

City centre car park but is adjacent to the river looks ok for an overnight or if you crave the hustle & bustle of shops & people! Don't imagine it will be very quiet until late or free parking, doesn't appear to be any services. Not for me just passed through.

Water tap at entrance - currently building work being undertaken so maybe it's going to be pay parking? Nice quiet parking with short walk to lido beach bars shops ferry & town centre-ideal considering alternatives. Very busy early Monday morning as workers make use of free parking constant in out of locals.

Love the views as parked right on the seafront, various places to pull up along the road toward Porto Covo, but be aware a car was broken into and bags stolen whilst we parked only 10m away, didn't see a thing, keep your wits about you

Stopped in parking area to rear of closed (for winter?) hotel, therefore shielded from any traffic noise. Spotless toilets on site. No facilities here but nice overnight stop if travelling over the Simplon pass (free)& stunning views rather than paying to go thro tunnel or train tunnel. Cafe/hotel 500m further along at 2nd parking area.

Super stop for as long as the mood takes you. Managed to pitch up lakeside although there are more easily accessible hard standing areas around the toilet block (not clean, but hey someone makes em like that) All services available (no elec). Beautiful area for walks & biking, small town with shops & cafe (WiFi) 4km.

Nice flat parking area, however some road noise in working hours & lovely mountain river is the other side. Nice bars in small town & free wifi at tourist office a short walk away. Didn't spot any facilities. Slight incline to access so difficult for large units.

Flat gravelled open space adjacent to disused railway station, free parking & should be able to park up against shrubs for quiet overnight. No services but handy for town parking.

Scoring may be a little unfair as just reviewing to provide some info, this is town centre car park don't imagine there will be much in way of services. Looks ok for overnight - but other pitch in town ( see other review) looks better.

Super stopover for, it seems as long as you want, services at toilet block.Free WiFi at cafe, opens about midday, low season at least. Fishing available in barragem. If it's getting crowded then further extensive parking available about 5km away at N38*26'49" W8*22'36" drive to St.Susanna turn right between 2roundabouts keep cafe on your left, thro' village to end of road. Lovely huge grassy area.

Nice stop at S W end of small town,black waste via manhole cover,paid water available @kiosk at fisherman's pier at N E(far) end of town. Nice area to explore, island via small train or walk,to lovely beach nature reserve, with cafes/ toilets.Restaurants along front of scenic river estuary, boat trips to island available. Good hard surface to parking some shade available easy access & quiet.

Fantastic clifftop overnight stop, absolutely no services - nearby restaurant Porto Das Barcas (no wifi) follow signs for fishing port in town & veer off right onto gravelled track for 50m just past restaurant. For Motorhome allocated area across river bridge try 37*42' 53.82"N 08* 47' 04.55"W. lovely beachside pitch, overlooking town, no services, will try to get separate listing.

Handy overnight stop to either walk into Sinatra or take the tourist train- however be prepared for crowded car park as it seems football occurs most nights & kids training & games Sat morning so after early morning dogs barking then it's the car doors banging but it gets you up!

Handy little overnight stop,town nothing special but the use of facilities most welcome (although somebody had managed to block the toilet disposal,which meant a short trip to next town to utilise the one at the bus station) free electric was most useful especially due to poor weather at the time. Free WiFi available at lovely little restaurant/hotel adjacent. Some road noise until later in day.

Fantastic views over the lake once the low cloud had cleared (visited in early March). Toilets a short walk up the steps into small town kept clean & stocked. Nice walks down hill & around local hamlets (gonna have to walk up again though!).

Nice overnight stop if a little bit noisy, due to proximity of road (ok later in day as traffic ceased) also the old Spanish gent tending his excellent allotment alongside. Services all good & easily accessible,looked a nice town on drive through.
