Los Caños de Meca

We were supposed to stay here for two nights, but it turned into almost two weeks. What a lovely place and fantastic surroundings! The bathrooms were very clean, and the gentlemen working the reception desk were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. We'd love to come back again.

October 16th, here. We were looking for a spot. We went to the reception and were given a Portuguese map. Then the man started making things difficult. He demanded to know all our parents' names and birthplaces. We told him why. He became angry and aggressive. We had to leave, we were 76 and 70 years old, our parents having died 20 years ago! Glad we're gone! The pitches are small, the place smells bad, and it's overpriced, €20. They exploit us! We're now better off at Camping Pinar San José, fantastic €24.50.

Great CP, especially the welcome from Rafael and the location . Plenty of spaces when we arrived late morning on a holiday weekend but full by the evening. Felt safe and secure.
