Friendly welcome, efficient check in (around 6pm) plus great facilities and location.

Very friendly and efficient reception, got to choose our pitch, top notch facilities and for us the village was interesting and well worth a visit. Campsite restaurant was good and offered vegetarian options. Price this October was about 28 euros per night which we thought was fair.

Very good campsite. Friendly, helpful and flexible at reception, big plot and having our own mini shower/toilet block was a bonus. Ensuite camping. The restaurant was OK (not expensive) but could be so much better. New cycle path close to site and bus stop nearby but we used taxi (10 euros) to get to Càceres old town which, for us, was well worth a visit.

Good stopover, generous of the village to provide this place. Spacious, all services free. Electricity working but units not properly secured & water services not clearly labelled. We saw someone(arrive in car with cassette) use drinking water to flush after putting contents into grey waste. The Villa very pleasant, bars seem closed on Tuesday. Supermecardo Lourdes was well stocked and welcoming, swimming pool closed but bar open and friendly.

Good campsite and base for visiting NP. We independently sourced our guide/tour and can happily recommend Osos de Donana. El Rocio was a surprise, we were there on a National holiday (Oct) so very busy but a unique place and well worth a visit.

Great CP, especially the welcome from Rafael and the location . Plenty of spaces when we arrived late morning on a holiday weekend but full by the evening. Felt safe and secure.

We stayed on the campsite which was really good and the adjacent “area auto caravans” looked good too. Friendly and helpful in reception, high spec site with clean facilities and a good location on the edge of Ronda. No buses into Ronda , but taxi service is reliable although for many it’s walkable. We thought 78 euros (cash) for three nights was good value. Restaurant OK but very limited vegetarian options.

A big space for MHs situated in the marketplace. There are facilities for water, waste disposal and hook up but we did not use the free electricity and the water was off . We did visit the village, a short walk away, had some beers and food. It was good as is the countryside and the locals were friendly but we were the only ones here

We cannot add much to the many excellent previous reviews about the high standards, location and facilities here. However the site now has new owners Ninka and Tim and we can confirm that they are truly exceptional hosts; genuinely friendly, super helpful and very approachable. This leads to a very personal and enjoyable experience.

Really good campsite. Friendly welcome at reception, clean, facilities all working well, and quiet with a lovely relaxed vibe. Good value at 23 euros. Well located for NP; bird trip booked at reception with Valentin was very good.

We did not plan to stay here but we were visiting NUSA caravans (great people) for a new leisure battery so we were grateful to find this place nearby. The map shows it's near a road so we expected traffic noise and it was harvest time hence lots of agricultural vehicles. Otherwise a quiet wine centred village, facilities at CP all worked well but only one tap.

Fantastic location. Very quiet, bird watching was spectacular, tower interesting (accessible with code), restaurant unique experience and facilities all good but you cannot dispose of grey waste. Access for our 7m motorhome easy . More spacious than the pictures suggest.

Services all work really well although no facility to dispose of rubbish. However there are recycling and rubbish bins on the left when entering the village. The site is next to an electrical substation but otherwise the scenery is interesting and the village is well worth a visit. Great place to start a tour of the Ribero del Duero.

Stayed here late July. Now run by camping car park so you need a card to enter which can usually be obtained from the machine at the entrance. It's then straightforward to use. We had no problems with facilities, this Aire is quiet and well located for bike path but nothing much else (for us) locally. It's bigger and better than the pictures suggest.

Larger than most camping car park sites we have used but standards here are good, there is plenty of space and it has more of a campsite feel rather than an Aire. However it was still quiet and the facilities were a bonus and access straightforward. We did not find a great deal to do in the village but we enjoyed our visit to Le Grange which was a bit different.

Great location on the edge of a really interesting village. We used a self guided map from tourist information to navigate village. Quiet and peaceful place. It was very easy to access and to use the facilities (including campsite.)

Very pleasant and quiet location. Additional facilities were of a very good standard and useful but as expected there is nowhere to dispose of waste. We really enjoyed the wine tasting as the host was very engaging and appeared to be in no rush. We also liked all the wines we tried which isn't always the case.

Great location, quiet but some places nearby to eat out and useful small local supermarket and bakers. All services need code to access presumably as it's such an open site. However all worked well and it felt safe. Very convenient for cycling along river. The only problem was not being able to connect the hose to the water tap but that was due to me not having the correct adapter. Picture attached.

Don't be put off by the height barrier sign as you come off the main road as the entrance is before the height restriction. Very comfortable site, more facilities than other camping car parks at this price and everything works just fine. Motorhome waste points (sani &grey) are at a grid going across the road by the toilet block. Taps on or near pitch . Close to road hence some road noise, and plenty of shade. Very good for one night.

5* and we did not even have to think about it. Arrived on Sunday afternoon and found a pitch then phoned/text for electricity to be remotely turned on and paid at reception the next day. Easy. Great location, good value , not too big and a very warm and friendly welcome.

very quiet , safe and spacious. Village does not have a shop and the only cafe was not open when we stayed so it was not easy to give something back. cafe sells tokens for water so we have learnt to keep some in van.

Fully automated on arrival which was easy to use and everything worked which is not always the case. You pick your pitch upon entry but there is somewhere to park before the barrier so you can walk around and chose beforehand. Sand dunes are an interesting feature and its possible to walk to beach through the dune area (3-4Km?). Good location for Dunkirk ferry, very quiet but a bit souless.

Very busy due to Expo and nearby roads, as you would expect, meant it was not quiet. However staff very helpful and its well located to vist Antwerp and it felt safe. Otherwise it would only get 1 star. Google maps directions worked for us but Garmin sat nav gives directions through ULEZ zone which is very close by so worth checking.

Stayed for two nights in February whilst visiting relatives so cannot comment on what there is to do in the area (except that we saw a lot of wildlife) but we can say for certain that this is a fantastic site. We got a lovely welcome from Anneke who was very helpful and the standard of facilities is very high and all very well planned. In fact one of the best places we have stayed at and we have stayed at nearly 200 places.

Very pleased to find the last pitch here mid afternoon after searching along coast for hours. Good location and facilities. Only drawback was air conditioning noise from bakery and little room around pitch.

Stayed here for 4 nights late July and really enjoyed it. Pitch was quite spacious, it was fairly busy yet quiet although the pool did get really crowded in the afternoon. Plenty to do locally e.g walk, bike, kayak and visits to the town for pinchos and bodegas worthwhile.

1st time using camping car park network but it was easy to get card from machine and then pay. Stayed early August , good for cycling and we also enjoyed a meal at nearby campsite restaurant. Really pleasant spot for the night.

Stayed here early August. Plenty of pitches available at midday but full by evening.Lovely place to stay for the night and the park itself was not busy and offered good cycling opportunities.

Stayed overnight in early August and there were a few pitches to choose from when we arrived early afternoon. Spacious plots and friendly welcome. Steep walk down to the beach which was worth it even though very busy. Good views out to sea. Only drawback was some vehicles travelling too fast on small public road that goes through the site.

Very spacious and pleasant site with easy access on foot or by bike to big sandy beach. Surprised it was not full but maybe that's due to tricky online booking.

Great place for all the reasons others have given. . Here tonight and it's nearly full but plenty of space when we arrived at 2pm. Very efficient welcome and allocation of plot. Bus worked well getting into Bilbao city centre. 15 euros for good sized plot, electricity and water and its easy to visit the city yet convenient for the ferry to Portsmouth. Bargain.

Intended to stay here on August 24 as stopover but it was so good we stayed an extra night. Even though it was late summer pitches were green, spacious and we had a choice of many. Pool fantastic, facilities very good and the owners, along with the regular French campers were very friendly.

Spacious plots, great facilities and lovely pool. The adjacent aire looked really good but happy to pay more for campsite especially as we then had space for tent. Friendly welcome and short walk to cite.

Stayed here on 18 August as stopover and would have liked to have stayed longer. Busy but quiet site, not too big with a very friendly (in English) welcome and great facilities and location.

As others have described this is a lovely place. It was great to stay somewhere so quiet and lacking in any form of commercialisation (apart from farming) , so come prepared. Man came late afternoon to collect money (although there is an honesty box) and open electricity unit. Just two standing here last night.

Huge site and as expected very busy. However very well maintained and surprisingly quiet. Lots to do on site, good quality restaurants and the beach area (crowded) was pleasant and good for swimming. Pool complex great but too busy to properly use when we went in afternoon and there was a charge for loungers/umbrellas which seemed mean given the high cost to camp here and the lack of any other seating. Children really liked it but if you want to experience some Croatian culture and authenticity then you will need to go beyond the boundary of the resort. We all really enjoyed the trip to the village and beaches of Nin

Very well maintained campsite which has been carefully planned such that it does not feel busy or crowded even in August when the place was pretty much full. We had an exclusive pitch which was spacious enough for van , awning and tent and it afforded us some privacy. Facilities very good and not too busy. We would advise checking Plitvice National Park website at the time you want to visit as tickets were restricted at the time we planned to visit so we modified our plans. Reception staff not proactive in advising about this. Nice pool which was free but there is a charge for crazy golf which seemed rather mean given the cost of the pitch. Other than that the only negative was being disturbed at 1.30 am by a motorhome arriving , surprisingly reception staff said that was allowed. Some very good cycle routes nearby which can get visitors off the tourist trail and they are really clearly signed.

Very helpful and welcoming family who run the place. Busy when we were here 6th August but owner seemed to manage to find everyone a place to stand (some outside) and it was still quiet and pleasant. Fairly easy route via bus and tram to Zagred. As others have said facilities modern and well looked after.

Great stopover on the way to Slovenia and not far from motorway, although with that comes road noise. However the location, food and hospitality were fantastic. We arrived by 5 and it soon filled up.

A quite and somewhat unique place in the large back garden of the owners house. Tables and shade provided which gave the place a personal touch. Pleasant walks along adjacent river. 12 euros inc electricity and toilet. Other services available but all paid for individually.

Used as stopover but very pleasant location and town well worth a look round. To pay for electricity go to power point nearest the building and put in pitch number and then add money. Wine tasting good but no concessions when buying.

Very useful stopover after delays in Dover. Quiet and pleasant location with easy to use facilities. Arrived later evening but paid in morning when bread delivered.

Our family of 4 stayed here in early August and we all rated it as outstanding. Family run site, extra friendly welcome (even though we arrived at 11.30 due to ferry delays), exceptionally clean, very good on site restaurant , short walk to Potes and activities from the site well worth doing (canyoning and 4X4 drive to Cares Gorge). Also had great fun in pool.

Fantastic and unique place to stand and others have said why. In addition we also made use of what seemed to be new BBQ facility. All for just 4 euros.

Our family of four stayed on 7.8.18 and received a enthusiastic welcome. Parking only for 5 euros with 3 euro extra for services. Short walk to very good beach and easy to visit town and 5 mins drive to lighthouse. Some road noise but quiet at night. surprisingly spacious for car park , table chairs out and we had views of the bay.

Our family if four stood here for one night on 6.8.18 and we all loved it. Perfect spot. Fantastic beach which was virtually empty. Very welcoming local bar with food. Hard to find so two photos posted of signs to look out for as sat nav thought we were in a mini.

Our family of 4 stayed on 5.8.18. Very friendly and helpful welcome, modern facilities, spacious pitches allowing for awning and table/chairs to come out. Some road noise but quiet at night. Short walk from good beach and not too close to town centre which suited us.

Stood here the last Saturday in September. We live nearby and came to go walking, visit bird sanctuary and good local restaurants. Great location but busy. Mill Road car park open but barriers come down at 6pm. We parked at bird sanctuary then found plenty of parking on Mill Road from 5pm, no charge but no facilities (except public toilets),some traffic but very quite at night. 9 others standing.

Our second stay here this time in august. An excellent site, peaceful, lovely location near lake, well organised, very good facilities and easy to cycle/walk into Ypres. Need to insert bank card for access and make sure you push your card it right in when exiting to ensure you get out!

A very convenient stop off for us and not busy when we stayed in august. Local village very quite but some noise from locals at night. However felt safe, facilities were good and no charge so we appreciated the opportunity to stay here. It looked as though the site had been improved and these works were ongoing.

We used this site as a stopover and it was a very well organised municipal site with easy to use facilities. Not many spaces when we arrived early evening in August and full overnight. Local pool was excellent.

Great place by lake,good for cycling along lake, quiet and peaceful night here. It had rained so plots muddy but fortunately it was not busy (even though it was a Saturday in august) so we could choose the better ones.Pay at meter , not many cars present.

Arrived mid afternoon and was able to stand by river but full by late evening. Good location for cycling, it was a car park so limited space and just a few hook ups. Otherwise facilities very good, easy to use and local bar welcoming.

Our family loved it. Pools were great, facilities very good and the campsite was surprisingly quiet and pleasant even though it was nearly full. Local restaurants including hotel worth a visit as was bakery.

As other reviews have said it is a bit messy and there are no facilities but the location is fantastic, the views across river to old town and castle are great and its easy to walk into the city centre. It also feels safe and its free.Our family of four enjoyed a really good meal on a boat moored nearby which is also a microbrewery.

Stayed here in August , very helpful and welcoming owner, great facilities and lovely quiet location. Our family of four all agreed this was a top place to stand.

All points here are for location as its very close to the river, easy for visiting the the old town as well as the war museum. Well worth staying as our family of four really enjoyed Dresden. Facilities not so easy to use so we did that elsewhere.
