A nice campsite with an immaculate shower/toilet block. Pitches are a bit basic but everything is there on the site. In September '24 we were paying 40euros a night including electricity. A bit of a walk to public transport. We used our bikes a lot, with bikes (or car) everything is fine. Swimming is popular at nearby Groß Glienicker See. Shop, bar & restaurant on site. We were grateful for this stellplatz, Munster is a very nice city indeed, has a lively centre, with thriving retail and hospitality. I score 3 stars for being a perfectly good stellplatz with no facilities, plus another star for such a good location. It is free from 2100 to 0700. The onsite toilets are closed. The entrance is directly opposite Überwasserstraße. This street is also the one that leads into the town and altstadt.

I give 5 stars because of it's location, allowing a visit to a great city. Spaces are tight. We paid 5 euros per night. Water is free, no electric. Shops and bars nearby, 40 minute walk into old town. Modern shopping area is nearer. We recommend Cafe Etna just nearby, and Mogambo Taberna restaurant 5 mins walk. Also Lukas deli which is great. We like to make this location our first stop in Spain. Grateful to the city.

A number of level pitches plus more space in an adjacent area. 2 minute walk from the lively town which has many restaurants. We enjoyed a visit to our favourite bar Le Douglas, which has a wide choice of beers, interesting, quirky food and good music. This is one of our favourite towns and aire.

Nice location, Alpine, spotless, mountains all around, incredible amount of cycling infra, cyclists everywhere. Excellent stellplatzes, supermarkets and restaurants close by, town cenre 2kms away. Bus stop also close by. Very helpful lady at check in at the gym studio opposite. However spaces are tight, cash only payment and unfortunately next door is a building site (June 2023). We paid 26 euros per night inc electricity, showers are 50 cents.

A very well maintained and clean stellplatz, located near to the attractive town centre and the schloss. Water and waste are by the entrance near the road. We paid 10 euros, electricity was 1 euro for 8 hours which is generous. Our favourite cafe in the town was Ellis Cafe. Lots of walking and cycling nearby.

A very clean and well maintained stellplatz. Can walk along the riverside into town. Pay on exit, due to a faulty machine we had to pay at sauna in H2O centre across the road.

Very clean site, helpful staff, did get slippery underfoot after rain. Good clean washrooms and piping hot showers (and no buttons to keep pressing either). 22 euros per night. El Rocio is fascinating, though too sandy for cycling. Enjoyed the nature reserve, plenty of flamingos in the lake. At the far end of village is a nature centre, very friendly lady provided Zeiss telescopes for us to use.

Agree with other comments, a truly excellent aire. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free water if you refuel, diesel was the cheapest we’d seen in Spain at that point on our way down. Short walk into town,Calle Mayor Pricipalle is a very nice, long, pedestrianised shopping street with nice plazas off. Bar Alaska very nice for a drink or coffee,it’s a nice town.

It’s a 10 from us, what more could be asked for without paying. Beautiful location, we had a lovely walk around the village, lovely bread from the local boulangerie. Water and waste are at the far right of the building as you drive in, though we also didn’t dump chemical waste. No hard sell for wine though it’s reasonably priced. Many thanks Chateau Bertinerie.

Stayed November 2017. Everything Mark 7267 said still applies. 3 glamping pods there now. Space is a bit tight and you may have to reverse out. Pub is popular with locals. Lovely church nearby. Just around the corner is Wichford Pottery which is great to visit and has a lovely cafe.
