A nice campsite, if you like nature, on the edge of the forest with lots of good cycle paths (they could learn something from that at the motorways😛) Many cycle and walking routes and 🚲 - junction routes. (Definitely do: Cycling through treetops.) Campsite is located between junctions 245 and 24. You can order bread from the baker via app. Very friendly owners!

What a nice campsite at the foot of the mountain on which the castle stands. The road to it is a bit more difficult, at least it was for us. Google maps sent us to the village, but then you won't get to the campsite. You must drive via Pont Neuf, Belcastel and from there follow the signs to the campsite. Make sure you have enough food and drinks. There is no supermarket nearby (>20 km) and the restaurant on the campsite is not open.

Nice campsite right by the sea. Toilets and showers are mixed and outdated. Good thing we called. There isn't that much space

We arrived here at 11:30 PM. The owner opened the window and said we could stay.

Nice, basic campsite, where you can make a campfire at your pitch. Friendly owners. There is nothing to do in the village. There is a monastery and a Stift (abbey). By train to Trier (return group ticket is cheaper for 2 people (max. 6) at €22). Bicycles are allowed for free. Swimming pool in the village is being rebuilt (It was gone after the 2021 flood).

The campsite is open again after the flood of August 2023. Not everything has been restored yet, but they have come a long way. Work is still going on both at the campsite and on the river.

Wow! What a wonderful place with lots of space. You draw a card to enter the CP. With that ticket you can also enter the super clean toilet and shower room.

Quiet, friendly campsite, nice owner. Very spacious shower with shower curtain. The reception is where the owner is🙈😅

Construction is going on next to the campsite, but it doesn't bother you much, unless you are standing right in front of it and you wake up nice and early (7am) 😅.

Simple, somewhat dated, but clean and quiet campsite. The hostess is very friendly. Nice place to cycle to Passau along the Danube.

Nice place to stay if you want to go to Vienna. You can buy a day ticket at the station (€9.70 p.p ) to Vienna. You can use all public transport in Vienna all day long. Camper, 2 people with electricity (€5) €42 per night.
