A beautiful spot nestled among the meadows. Lovely paved pitches interspersed with a few grassy areas. Water is available, and you can dispose of your belongings there. There's no electricity, but that's no problem. The friendly owner, along with his dog, comes to collect payment in the evening. Cash is helpful (£15). Highly recommended for a stopover or a few nights' stay.

Indeed, £38 is a lot of money for a parking space. But the location is fantastic, in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve with many hiking and mountain bike trails, beautiful lakes, and otherwise nothing but peace and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed this place with our dog. Definitely recommended if you can walk over the £38 😉.

A beautiful lakeside location with mountain views. Spacious pitches with electricity and a good service station for campers. Beautiful new restrooms with luxurious showers. It's a pricey spot, but that's not unusual in this area. High demand and relatively low supply. We had a wonderful overnight stay.

A pleasant overnight stay at the pub. Limited amenities, but this is compensated by a very friendly owner. If you drink and/or eat at the pub, you can stay there for free. Beautiful views over the hills and of Helwith Bridge.

Camper place Well is a large, well-organized place. There were not many campers present so there was plenty of room. From the camper place you can reach a beautiful walking path in a few minutes that takes you to the Maasduinen. very beautiful area and the restaurant at the Sluis is highly recommended for lunch. Beautiful view over the water. Sanitary facilities are limited but neatly clean.

Peace, space and a friendly welcome. simple mini camping with all basic facilities. Simple but good sanitary facilities. Delicious eaten in the owner's restaurant with a delicious bottle of wine from our own vineyard. A nice stop between Hungary and Zagreb.

A basic but very cool place to stand. the owners are very friendly and are happy to give you a tour of their own aircraft park. Beautiful wide view and if you're lucky we land or take off planes.

Nice camper place right by the forest. The owner will immediately give you hiking and cycling tips. You can also contact her for delicious asparagus during the season We have been able to make fantastic walks here, together with our dog. Start directly from the campsite.
