My favorite place! 10 spots, all lakefront, flat, all amenities included. There's currently no electricity (cables cut during construction), but it's temporary. Water sports, cycling, hiking, nearby pizzerias, and shops in town (about 1 km away, flat, market on Tuesdays).

Large, free, flat parking lot, no shade. Part is for campers, part is for cars, but there are campers everywhere. Free drainage, water for €1. Close to the highway, convenient for a quiet night's stay. Beautiful walks, like everywhere in Germany.

The morning Viking is very rude, doesn't speak English, and doesn't even try to speak German slowly. Paid €38.50 + €20 deposit for the gate key (no receipt). The main gate closes at 6:30 PM and is chained. If there were an emergency or fire, it would be a problem. Typical big-city rest area: tends to get a little dirty, free dumping but water filling is a fee. It's tolerated because Berlin is beautiful.

Large campsite on the Teltow Canal, with plenty of grassy space and a fairly flat surface. All amenities, Wi-Fi charging, breakfast (€13.50), and a beer garden (not noisy). Berlin can be reached by public transport in about an hour. A lovely bike path along the canal takes you to Wannsee in 20 minutes. Fairly clean, very quiet, partially shaded, and friendly receptionists.

Campsite specializing in whitewater kayaking, with its own dedicated stream. Large, grassy, flat pitches, not all with electricity. Indoor kitchen. Coin-operated showers. Some pitches on the banks of the Vltava River, currently in full sun, but the trees will grow. Very quiet at night. No shops nearby. Flat cycle path along the river, convenient to Ceske Budejovice, 5 km away. Cost: €20.

Flat campsite, plenty of shade, and a large lawn. All amenities are available, but showers and toilets are in containers (but clean). A very pleasant, unpretentious spot, with a small stream nearby. Relatively quiet despite a major road nearby. The bike path to the city runs next to this road, which is a bit dangerous to cross.

Great parking lot but inaccessible: it has all the services but you have to call the town hall during office hours and communicate your license plate, then the barrier will go up. We, arriving on Saturday afternoon with the town hall closed, parked in the picnic area in front. Too bad because the town is wonderful, it has a unique charm.

My favorite in the area! Lake front, flat on gravel, loading/unloading gray and black water, separated waste, quiet, next to a beautiful cycle path. Showers (fresh) both at the camper area (50 meters away) and at the playground (about 80 meters). All the shops in the village. 1 g/€15. 2 days/€25
