From 22nd July 2024 the grass camping area will be closed for at least 4 weeks due to building work. There will be congestion and limited parking for residents and boat owners so please avoid venturing any further than the shop/cafe - daytime parking only. As per signage you are not permitted to overnight on the picnic area regardless of time of year or state of the grass area. Resident feeling area running high due to disrespectful parking.

as previously stated. down side is 4am and during the night wake up from idiots who stop along side the van and turn radio's to top level to wake you, needless annoyance when you are the only van parked. would not stop here again.

Cost €25 for a night now, have stayed at better for less

Over crowded and no electric available for two night stay, very glad to leave. Staff stressed and not very friendly or helpful and didn't feel in the slightest welcoming, have previously stayed further to the west and that was far more pleasant.

As previously noted a steep climb/narrow but got my 8m/4.5t up with out to much both and felt it was worth the effort to suddenly reach an alpine setting, loved it. Friendly staff and restaurant, water electric and dump lovely view of snow covered peaks, two of us here D/GB Approach from the south seemed to be best way and I would stay again.

Site is like a walled garden with old trees and wide pitches, electric(metered) and water tap for each, secure with regular patrol and reasonably quiet at night. facilities good but shower's don't have a lot of privacy. motorhome shop for spares on site. Shuttle to Lecce €15 for two, call to be collected within 20 minutes. Enjoyed the stay and service offered.

nice location but we were the only van there and "all" night cars were driving around us occasionally turning music up loud to cause annoyance so didn't sleep or feel safe, would stop there again

Manager is always around and very helpful and a persistent salesman in an amusing way. Gates secured at night and little noise, bar restaurant, good Wi-Fi, each site has Astro turf, water electric and chemical dump, but grey is separate area. Beach 100m. Bus 2 or 3 from site to Temples €2.60 return, tickets from the manager. Would recommend and use again

lovely site with safe swimming between sea defence groynes with small beach. free Wi-Fi, quiet and secure. facilities good, enjoyed stay.

As per previous reviews. noisy traffic during the day, lots of dog barking all night, porta cabin single loo & shower, owner wants to expand site and facilities. To ruins, left out of site, then turn right at T junction, over railway line, turn right in front of church, stop at tourist office for audio guide, cross road to ruins.
