We had to get used to the prices again after Scandinavia. 60 euros for a night with 2 adults and 2 children. The campsite itself has nice and clean sanitary facilities on the "land" side. It's a quiet campsite with spacious pitches for visitors, which you can choose yourself. The Elbe side also looked nice, but because we were with children and there were playgrounds and showers on the land side, we chose that one. The surrounding area is beautiful for cycling and running.

We were disappointed with this campsite. Quite expensive for a basic pitch in low season, followed by a 50 kr per person charge for showers (5 kr per minute) and the swimming pool. Larger campervans (>6m) pitch right next to the main road. Lots of regular guests make a lot of noise/play music until late. We'd never experienced this before in Norway. The trampoline is across the road, so we had to bring it with us if we had children. The new bathroom facilities and kitchen area under the swimming pool are great.

A lovely, spacious, and quiet place to spend the night. No amenities, but that's not necessary if you're self-sufficient. Wake up wonderfully near the museum and nature reserve.

Fantastic spot, we were on the side overlooking the sea and the lighthouse. We arrived at 5 p.m., and it was busy with campers, but there was still plenty of space. Nice and quiet at night. In the evening, we saw the lighthouse and a beautiful sunset without regular visitors. There are several walks around the parking lot, and the café is open from 11 a.m. Wi-Fi at the café and toilets near the barrier remain open.

A really lovely and beautiful campsite on the fjord. Beautiful pitches, including a grassy field right on the beach. A village with a supermarket is within cycling distance. There are also some nice walks near the campsite. The sanitary facilities, while clean, are a bit outdated and could use some renovation. We were charged 590 NOK per night, which we found a bit pricey, especially since the café was already closed. However, we had two wonderful days here.

Beautiful campsite. Spacious pitches, many with a view or right on the water. The facilities are excellent. Nice showers and toilets. Supermarkets are just around the corner. There's a nice playground for children, and a separate indoor area as well. The town center is within walking distance.

Fantastic place to stay overnight. No other facilities, but that's not necessary with such a beautiful view. Wonderfully quiet in the evening after everyone has left, and also a wonderful way to wake up in the morning. We were there with about eight campers, and it was manageable. We headed straight up the mountain in the morning.

A great campsite for visiting Oslo. The sanitary facilities are clean and well-maintained. Bus 42 stops right in front of the campsite, and bus 45 is just around the corner, perfect for getting to the city center. The pitches are spacious and the facilities are good. There's also a gas station and supermarket at the entrance. We had an 8m campervan and spent the first night on the asphalt and the second night (due to availability and cost; grass was 200 kr cheaper) on the grass, closer to the lake. It was also perfect.

Great place for an evening stop. Electricity is available on a large, flat field with a fair number of campervan sites, some with lake views. We were on the beach side, which was also nice! Drinking water is available at the campsite. Toilet and wastewater disposal is available in the parking lot further down the road. There's a playground for the kids across the street, as well as a supermarket within walking distance and a Burger King across the street. 😉

Great spot for a campervan. Views over the lake. Sanitary facilities are excellent, especially when it's not too busy. Dishwashing facilities and an oven are also available. It can get a bit crowded because of the hotel/apartments, but if you pitch a bit further away, the noise isn't an issue. Supermarket within walking distance. A great spot for the treetop walk and all the other (children's) activities in the Hamaren region.

Beautifully situated campsite by the water. The route to it is a bit winding but manageable. The campsite itself offers green and spacious pitches for visitors. The majority are permanent pitches. The sanitary facilities are neat and clean. There are also great play facilities for children. There are also excellent fishing and hiking opportunities in the immediate area.

A lovely family campsite with all the amenities. Spacious and level pitches. The indoor pool is small but perfect for bad weather. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all nice and clean. The beach is within walking distance. A supermarket is also nearby.

A truly great spot for exploring Aarhus. There's plenty of space and plenty of power outlets. The restrooms are very clean and tidy, as are family showers. A cozy harborside restaurant, fun play areas for the kids, and endless crab fishing. A supermarket and other shops are within walking/cycling distance. Aarhus city center itself is a 7 km bike ride away, but it's a scenic route (no. 5) that starts at the harbor. Or you can take the bus.

Great place to stay. It's a bit close together, but perfectly fine for one night. For a true camping experience or a longer stay, it's better to stay at the campsite itself. The sanitary facilities are clean, but it's annoying that you always have to pay 50 cents.

Quite a large campsite but you don't notice that much on the pitches themselves. Many facilities such as shop, snack bar etc. and a nice swimming pool with slide. great campsite to explore the beautiful surroundings.

We do not think the price-quality ratio for this campsite is good. 65 euros per night for a spot with electricity. By far the most expensive campsite in 3 weeks. Wifi no reception, sanitary facilities moderately clean. For all other things you have to pay extra (think of washing machine, "fast" internet and activities for children. The indoor pool and the playhouse for children are positive.

A nice family campsite. Quiet, clean and nice facilities (including kitchens, mini golf and a nice playground for the children. The site is a good size for a camper. Supermarket within walking distance. The beach is a km walk. an excellent transit campsite for us.

Fantastic place to stay overnight. Quiet, beautiful view and wood to make a fire. There are also beautiful garden tables to eat at. We ended up going back there for another night after 1 night because it is so beautiful.

If you like sports and nature then this is your campsite. We stood at the foot of the ski slope, nice and quiet with a beautiful view. Sanitary top. facilities of the restaurant and bistro are pleasant. It is all quite expensive and a bit busy in the high season, but it is all with people who love sports and nature. would go back there again.

A very nice campsite. Camper pitch is spacious and the heated swimming pool for the kids and parents is a winner. Showers and toilets are clean as well as the kitchen. Friendly owner and received nice tips for the rest of our trip. You can take beautiful walks in the area.

Beautifully located campsite on the lake. We had a view of the lake from the camper. Very spacious places. Swimming, kayaking and motorboating options. There are also various hiking options in the area. Sanitary facilities and kitchen are clean, although somewhat outdated. Refilling water was not possible due to supply problems. Very nice owner. We would love to come back here again!

A very nice campsite. Sanitary facilities clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area. Instead of our camper, we cooked and ate here. nice play areas for the children. and within cycling distance (or walking) to Roskilde and supermarket. Would love to come back again.

Large spacious place with a view of the lake. Sanitary facilities are spacious and clean. We spent 40 euros for 1 night +4 people and electricity. ideal for the night before crossing Puttgarden.

Great base for exploring the chalk cliffs and surroundings. The campsite has excellent sanitary facilities, a nice swimming pool, a shop and a restaurant with pizzas (also takeaway). Quite spacious places. Quite pricey (80 euros per night). There are some where your camper is placed one behind the other, which is not very practical. But all other places good choice.
