This is our second visit here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. great facilities but limited amount of showers for the size of the camp. Fantastic internet. Good laundry facilities which you use an app to use. Very unusual. Good connections on the bus to Interlaken and the trains. Free bus pass provided. We liked it here but we did have a good pitch close to everything.

Very nice stay, nice welcome. Great facilities including a reasonably priced washer and dryer. Internet is a euro a day for one device, a but sluggish but does what you need. Bus connections to Todtnou and Todtnouberg. Electricity is metered so watch out for that. very pleasant indeed.

A nice stop near to the main road, but not really a problem. You have to pay for water and electricity on the post. Bus connections to the town are easy and well worth it. A great place to stop to refresh and see the town of Baden Baden.

A very pleasant place. You need to pay at the local hotel across the bridge. If you want a shower then leave a 50 euro deposit (don’t forget it when you leave!!). The water was off when we visited. electricity is paid for on the post at 60 cents a kWh. Easy walk along the river to the town. Fabulous restaurant next to the parkplatz, which can be noisy from their ventilation system which goes off when they close. Nice stop all the same.

An excellent free aire. Very spacious. Jetons required from the Coccimarket which is a short walk away for the electricity and water. There is a card reader but when we visited it was out of order. nice little town to visit with a rather dangerous looking church steeple! Very pleasant stay. recommended

We have stayed here a few times over the past 5 years and yes the price has increased over time. This will be our last time. 10 euros for a place, 3 euros for electricity, (which you can’t use for heating), 3 euros for water. Now they want an extra 5 euros to empty your grey tank, toilet and to dispose of a bag of rubbish. You are spied on with a camera. Nice. The town is wonderful, great walks, but the stop is now too expensive.

An unusual stop but very pleasant. there is a top deck to this place which is really just an end of a carpark, and a downstairs area right next to the river. A converted steel works which has most facilities except grey water and chemical toilet refresh. Excellent showers. Staff friendly enough. You get a free bus and train pass which also gives you access to some local attractions. We stayed here two nights and had a nice stay.

Excellent parking in and excellent city. 5 euros for 24 hours. Some say it’s difficult to get in and out. Silly. It’s a car park how hard can it be? Toilet empty, and grey water empty. There is a tap for what might be fresh water? but no thread to attach adapter to. A good stop all the Same.

Very nice but quite expensive campsite. Everything here that you would need along with some great walks into the spectacular beach. Hood spacious pitches, warm friendly staff. Lots of rules to follow and quite right too. it’s a lovely place for that reason. Very clean, tidy and well run place. Highly recommend

Very nice stop by a lake. peaceful and very pleasant. couple of restaurants near by, good walks. You are right next to and expensive safari park which is worth the visit. no facilities so stock up before you arrive. Free of charge stop over. Could get very busy in the summer.

Stayed here a few times and always like it. It’s a working farm so a bit rustic. Pitches ok, small on the inside areas. Excellent bar with a good selection of Belgian beers. Excellent cycling and walking to be had. Basic but clean showers. All facilities available. Friendly staff. Will always come back here. Nice stay.

Excellent small campsite. Very nice owners here, very friendly. Water and electricity on the pitch, grey water and chemical toilet dump available. Well maintained with excellent showers etc. Very busy at the weekend and high season. If you don’t like kids on the busy times then move on.

Stayed here in 2020. now 2023 and this site is open. Many say it’s closed but it is open. Facilities ok, many showers not working which is bad really as you are paying a price to get in, not much but you pay to get in. WiFi poor. pitches good and spacious. Full van facilities available which are good. Good walks in the area but could do with some maintenance. Good stop

Very nice and very cheap municipal campsite. Spacious pitches, friendly staff with good facilities. Nice walk or cycle into town that has lots to offer. There is a glass recycle factory near by which sometime can make a little noise, but really it’s no big deal. We liked it here. Very peaceful and very pleasant. Recommended

This is an excellent campsite in immaculate surroundings. The host is very friendly and you have everything here that you need. Very pretty campsite. The nearby road can be a little noisy but when you have so much lovely surroundings then it really doesn’t matter too much. We have an excellent, comfortable stay here and would highly recommended this place

Excellent stop. might be tricky to get to if you are a long van but once there the pitches are spacious and clean. Fresh water available, grey water dump and chemical toilet. No showers but toilets. Make sure you take part in the champagne tasting and buy some of the excellent champagne on offer. The stop is free if you buy, even one bottle. Felix is a very friendly man and will make you welcome. If you don’t drink then don’t bother.

fantastic stop at this winery. Terraced pitches. Electricity is charged separately and requires a long cable so watch out. showers etc basic but usable. Very friendly hosts. short walk to the lovely town. Nice views from the pitch would stay again. Recommend

This site is attached to the Europa Park theme park so unless you are going to the theme park it might be a bit of a bad choice. If you are going to the theme park then the fee to stay here is high. It does have all the facilities which are very good. Pitches are spacious and level. Places to eat are themed. Nice stay all the same. So if you’re not going to the theme park, drive on, if you are staying then you’ll give more money to MACH ent.

We have been here many times, this is our fifth visit. Nothing has changed and it’s still a good place to stay but the price has shot up. Used to be 10 euros now it’s 11 euros but now there is a 5 euro “tax” added. Electricity has gone up of course. 2 euros for toilet disposal , 1 euro for 90 litres of fresh water. It now cost us 18 euros! We probably won’t be back which is a shame. Nice town, check out the Rodelbahn, and Willies pub.

Very clean and well maintained pay as you go aire. 11 euros paid at the machine gives you 24 hours. Electricity is paid for on the pitch in coins at 50 cents a kWh. Good toilet empty and gray water empty. Again you pay for your fresh water. Good for cycling and walking. Penny supermarket near by. We had a very nice comfortable stay in this excellent parkplatz. Recommended

It’s ok here. The welcome was very friendly with some schnapps and free eggs. We were in a field which was fine. Showers and washing up facilities very clean and tidy. Chemical toilet and gray water are ‘hidden’. We came on a wet Friday so there was no real atmosphere. Lots of permanents here. nice walks to and by the lake. Pleasant stay but nothing wow. It did the job. Maybe it should be a 4 and not a three after all.

The only campsite in Lichtenstein so the prices are a little on the high side for what it is. There is a strange driving ban here between 12 and 2. Absolutely no driving! Pitches very good with wonderful views. Good clean facilities, deposit required for a mains adaptor. Overpriced restaurant on site. Nice pool but is at the top of the site grounds. Showers and toilets clean and well maintained. Nice stay, just a bit expensive. Friendly staff.

Everyone talks about the showers and toilets. Never understood why as a shower is a shower if it’s clean and warm. Well I’ve come round to the debate. this place has the best sanitary facilities ever!!! Wonderful. Friendly welcome to a nice pitch with great views. Short walk to a few supermarkets. lots of walking routes. Camping Fink has everything you need. A well maintained site. Can’t recommended this place enough.

What a lovely place! Sadly we only stayed 1 night. We had a warm friendly smiley welcome. nice pitch, if a little stoney. All the facilities are top quality and well maintained. Be sure to try the swimming pond. Wonderful views and location. Close to shops and eating places. Grey water empty is a dream!! Full services are available on your pitch. Can be a bit pricey but it was well worth it. Highly recommend

This is a lovely place right by a lake. However when it’s busy it’s chaotic. like Glastonbury Festival on a bad day. Pitches are not marked clearly so people go where they like and not all pitches are level, even with levellers. Reviews say that the staff are not friendly. I found them to be ok and helpful even though we didn’t stay in the end because it was so chaotic. Drive on.

We liked it here. Plenty of pitches of various sizes. good facilites. Nice friendly staff. Bit noisy in the morning as the hedges were being trimmed, has to be done at some time I suppose. Easy bus connections to Salzburg town, which is a must. A good two nights stay. Highly recommended.

It ok here. the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The reviews rave about the showers etc but it’s all hype. they are ok, they do what they are supposed to. if you like kids you’ll like it here. We came on a busy, hot weekend so it was chaotic. This is a family holiday/weekend site so gets very busy. If you can drive an hour or two more to find a quieter place then do so. Has all the facilities you need. the overspill field we found better.

A lovely campsite with well manicured grass. Park where you like. Very friendly host. The site has all the amenities you need. Avoid next to the river. Its noisy! Be sure to visit the old town which is a delight. We didn’t try it but the site had a bar and restaurant which looked popular. Highly recommended.

A small ten place site but with the best, warmest welcome. The Dutch couple that run this place know what hospitality means. Ton is an ex chef and likes to cook, and cook he did for us. After a while you do feel part of a family but of course if that’s not your thing they will leave you alone and just make sure that you have everything you need for the rest of your stay. Very peaceful site and absolutely recommended.

Very friendly Dutch host. we had a nice spot with a good view of the lake. Free good wifi. showers ok. No chemical toilet disposal unless it’s bio cleaner. We could refill with fresh water, only just. No grey water empty that we could find and was told no when we asked. Reviews have said that everything is available, not really, so ask first. washing machine available. We had a good stay however even though the facilities were a little confusing

Very nice here. Good size spaces next to the vineyards. 8 euros gets you a space with electricity. 2 euros extra to empty the chemical toilet. fresh water available but couldn’t figure out the grey water empty. It’s an honesty box to pay your eight euros, so be sure you do! There is also a fridge offering the local wine, again it works with an honesty box. A great place. Quiet, friendly and well priced. The local fizz is great. .

We were desperate for a space as it was late and found this place. Very very nice right by the river. Quite tight for space so anything over 7m might find it tricky but not impossible. There are numbered spaces as well as a wild camping area. Very nice staff, has all the amenities. Good stay here. Recommend

A very nice campsite set in a valley surrounded by woodland with good walks. Short drive to a supermarket and restaurant. Spaces are roomy. Friendly staff with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Like most German sites you pay separately for the electricity. Good laundry facilities but could do with more machines for the size of the site. On site restaurant was closed during our stay. Recommend.

We loved it here! Friendly staff, everything you need in this small campsite. the town of De Panne is very nice, lots of good cycling and walking. if you like theme parks then check out Plopsaland. good price to get in but to eat and drink there is expensive. Good cycle ride to the impressive beach front. Great campsite, but tight to manoeuvre to empty the grey tank but other than that an excellent two night stay. Highly recommended

This campsite is very nice but very nice. offers a lot to the visitor however it is very very expensive. the pitches are spacious and will provided for with on pitch electric, water and drainage. For a caravan it’s perfect and you probably get a good price of staying a week or two but if you are a motorhome passing through then you should think about carrying on. for a 1 night stay it’s expensive. Too expensive really. friendly staff though.

Nice stay here. Good clean pitches with all the facilities. No WiFi when we were here. Supermarket across the road. There used to be a 24 hour pizza vending machine here. Not anymore. Now it’s a pizza shop with no information when it’s open. That’s progress! Good place to stop. 20 minute walk into the lovely medieval town. Recommended

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and very safe. All facilities including WiFi all excellent. short walk to the village which didn’t offer much. Excellent walks around the area. We had a very nice one night stay here. Recommend

We like it here. Very nice staff, excellent facilities, walks and bike rides. Great but expensive restaurant. We had a fabulous lunch here. The site is next to a Spanish Air Force base and sometimes they do train. During our stay the first day they trained all day until 8pm. For us we liked it, but may not suit everyone. If you like jet planes, good food and a good clean camp then this place is recommended

Very busy free Campervan parking. no facilities even though some empty their toilet into the public toilet and collect water from the beach showers. Not good. The places have a great view of the beach and sea. We had a nice stay. If only people would have some respect and take their rubbish home and use proper facilities. One day this wonderful free stop will be closed down permanently. Have a nice stay here

This is what I call a ‘corporate’ campsite. It’s run by a UK estates company so it’s very business like. The staff are friendly enough but it all feels to business like. lots of paperwork, rules, regulations etc. Once on the site its clean and well kept if a little tight in parts. Road nearby can be noisy. All facilities are on your pitch. Nice and close to the beach with great walks to the nearby port. OK but too stuffy. Great showers.

12 euros gets you into this excellent out of town aire. Nice clearly defined pitches with excellent facilities including a washer and dryer. Belongs to the campsite next door. very well serviced, very well kept. The only slight issue is that there is a water treatment plant next door which may or may not be an issue in the depths of summer. lovely peaceful stay here. Recommend.

Excellent stay here. situated in the town behind a housing estate. Very safe and quite. Short walk into the pretty town. This aire has all the facilities you need and it’s free. Vive la France. All the pitches are well marked out, local supermarket nearby if you don’t fancy the walk into town. Top marks for this excellent French aire.

We had a nice stay here. Just off the main road and set amongst plenty of trees. lots of avocado trees here some of which are on the pitches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good straight walks along the beach to Nerja town and the small train to the caves. very peaceful campsite with all the facilities you need, rustic and outdated in parts but they all work. Highly recommended.

Nice friendly campsite between the main road and the beach. can be noisy on pitches near the road. all facilities available here but you have to stay and ask for the fresh water to be turned on to fill your tank. great beach, site is very secure. Can feel a little cramped. Small supermarket and a bar/restaurant. 10 minute walk to the small town of Almayate. recommend.

Very friendly staff and close to the beach and the town. We came here Dec 21 and direct access to the beach was closed because of road works. the camp restaurant was also closed. one good sanitary block the other not so good. The whole place has a communal, hippy feel to it but it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s a short walk to the town and seafront but there is nothing really to say about the town. Cold water for clothes and dish washing.

We spent Christmas her and it was a little oasis. Very nice. Staff friendly, nice short walk to the beach. Good supermarket and restaurant on site. The surrounding area is a bit run down in parts, but it’s ok to cycle around. A good stay and would recommend

This is not a bad place despite its looks. Yes it looks a bit rustic and a bit run down. Yes it could do with a lick of paint and a bit of grounds keeping, but the pitches are spacious and tidy. it has all the facilities that you need and they all work. The facilities are clean. WiFi is a bit hit and miss but it is free. it’s a short walk from the beach and some good eating and drinking places. we stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it.

Very good and well maintained site. New shower block for a euro a go. Huge facilities area for emptying grey, chemical toilet and fresh water for a euro. Come and go as you like for 11 euros. Nice stay but busy in September. Recommened

Good pitches at the back of a sports centre. Pay by SMS or use the app which works well. A euro for 6 hours of electricity which worked well. All facilities. Good for a stop over, supermarkets nearby. Ok

A very nice aire. We have been here before and we like it. Good for bike rides, supermarkets and town near by. Fresh water and electricity to be paid for, grey and black free to use. The stay is a pay and display. You pay for the strom by the Kwh at 50 cents. On this visit people where reserving space for their friends and family. This is bad, very bad. It's a public pay and display aire, first come first served. Don't do it.

Fantastic little free parking for overnight. No facilities but the spaces are good and it's free! Fantastic for cycling and walking. The town is a short walk. Very nice. Some noise from the road that parking is on and the railway but nothing to stop this being a nice comfortable spot. Bring beer and you'll be fine. Recommened

Yes a must unusual but wonderful place. The views are beautiful, the food in the local restaurant is very good and well priced. Great walks. Lots of old stuff to look at surrounding the the campers stop and the restaurant well worth a visit but space is tight and limited. 7 euros a night 9 with electricity and water, toilet disposal, fresh water fill up but no grey water drop. Recommened

Top marks to this excellent campsite run by a Belgian husband and wife team who are so so friendly. Lovely simple site by the river, very relaxing and calming. Don't tell anyone else this place is a secret. Washing, drying and the best WiFi we have come across. Visiting food truck on Tuesday and they sell Belgian beer. What more do you need.

A very nice aire with great views and a picnic area. Good walks in the surrounding areas. The spacing is a little tight. Water, discharge and chemical toilet cleaning available as well as recycling. Very nice short walk into town. The charge is 5 euros which is NOT collected you MUST go to the Marie in town and pay, its only 5 euros so please make the effort and pay its a lovely stay. Recommened.

Fantastic paid aire, only 9 euros. Showers and electricity extra. Hard standing pitches have electricity. There is a Flot Blu service point. Great location for everything, cycling, walking, paragliding, horseriding etc etc. And to top it all a great view of Mont Blanc. Nice restaurants here. Highly recommended

It's a carpark, however you can stay overnight. Brilliant for the fantastic cable car and the town of chamonix. There ARE services here, in the far corner of the carpark opposite corner to the entrance. You can discharge your grey water fill up with fresh and empty you chemical toilet. Clean up after you. Sometimes difficult as stupid car drivers park near or in the space. ecommened

Amazing stop. The views are just fantastic. Two good restaurants within walking distance, no facilities and limited mobile reception. Can get busy but many leave as the night falls. Watch out for altitude sickness as the aire is 2km high so moderate your alcohol!! :) excellent stay. Recommened

Excellent aire with large spaces for 9, more vans were unofficially parked nearby. Short walk to the excellent town with a few bars and restaurants, visit the cheese shop on the corner for cheese and the 4 euro jeton to use the aire services. Great for walks and cycling. Very nice comfortable stay. Get you ramps out though all spaces are on a slight incline. Recommeneded

A small village with nothing much here at all. However the aire is excellent with nice views, very quiet and with a 2 euro Flot Blu. There is an excellent restaurant in the aire and other in the next town within a 15 min walk. There is also bakery just outside the aire but that is the lot. Get you bike out or your walking boots. Good aire. Recommened

A nice location surrounded by hills with a fast running stream, very pleasant. Staff are very friendly however this site is more suited to caravans and tents. No grey water emptying. You have to go 500m down the road to the fire station for grey water emptying. (5 euros) Chemical toilet at the site is OK, couldn't find fresh water fill up. Cold water only for dish washing, that's not good. OK site

This is just a parking spot NO AWNINGS NO CHAIRS AND TABLES follow the rules and you will have a lovely stay. Enough for 12 vans, very peaceful very pretty. The town is lovely with plenty of good bars and restaurants. We stayed for one night wishe we'd stayed for two. The cable car and chair lift to La Chat is amazing. Look after this aire we need more like this. Recommened

A French municipal campsite. Very pleasant. Facilities old but clean, fantastic views on the lake and very cheap. Excellent stay. No shops or restaurants so you are remote and cut off. Motorhome facilities such as clean water and emptying available. Recommended

Very clean and spacious site. Facilities are closed but van services are OK such as fresh water fill up grey empty and toilet emptying. Little traffic noise if you are by the main road but not too much. Short walk to a very good town that has good shops and places to eat. They are remodelling the front near the marina. Good stay. Facilities should be opened by now. Others are.

The town and the lake are excellent with losts to see and do. The parking is just that, a huge carpark for motorhomes. There are services for fresh and grey water as well as chemical toilet emptying. It is very quiet at night, everyone well behaved. A very nice and pleasant stay and best of all its free. Small charge for fresh water. Recommened

Very pleasant site on the canal so great for a bike ride. Could do with a little grounds keeping but the pitches are spacious and private. The owners are very nice and friendly. All the facilities work, short walk to town where there is a supermarket. A great place for a stopover. We paid 14.50 euros which included electricity. Highly recommended

Lovely aire, could do with a bit of grounds keeping but the pitches are spacious and private. Facilities closed because of COVID but you can drop your grey water and fill up with fresh as well deal with your toilet. Great for cycling. Check out the nearby steam railway and museum. Across from the site is a "pick your own" fruit and veg farm. A lovely stay.

Excellent stay. No facilities for your 4 euros but it is a lovely spot at the back of the nearby campsite and next to a lake which makes a great walk and cycleway. Tiny village nearby for bread and essentials. There is a bit of noise from factory nearby but we didn't find it too much, we had a good night's sleep. On occasion there is a passing train. It really is a nuce spot to stay.

A free aire. Excellent. Has water and emptying facilities. Short walk to he town of Watten. Watch out though it can get very full all year round. Full of mainly British vans waiting to do the run to the ferry next morning. Very good. Highly recommended if you get there early....

We liked it here. The pitches are spacious some gravel some grass, the gravel pitches are full service with water and electricity. There is a washer and dryer. The showers and toilets are a little dated and could with some refurbishment however they all worked very very well, if they replace them they may not be as good :) nice place, nice staff we would certainly stay again. Recommened

We loved it here. We were looked after by a lady who was very kind and helpful and allowed us to park around the back with a lovely view of the vineyards where we had dinner with the windows open overlooking the vineyards and finished it off with a bottle of their champagne. Chemical toilet emptying upon request, Freshwater available. Recommened.

Terraced Campsite. Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Two shower blocks the new one is fantastic, very well fitted out, stunning. Small restaurant and shop on site. As guests there is free use tow smart cars, peddlos and stand up boards. Fantastic views of the lake. Recommended

A very nice spot. Little bit of traffic behind the aire but not too much and nothing overnight. Works on an honesty box. 10 euros for the night 2 for electricity so be honest and pay. You can discharge grey water and fill up in a meter, 1 euro for 80ltrs. Nice walks and cycling. The town has the best cafe doing the best black forest cake.. Recommended

This is for the aire. Not the Campsite. Great aire, pay as you enter. Spacious places. Good facilities for emptying grey water and filling with fresh, chemical toilet emptying also available. A very nice walk to the lake with lovely views and good walking. Recommened.

Very very nice clean and tidy municiple site. Friendly and helpful staff, right on the banks of the Rhone. Ideal for walking and cycling. Washing machine but no dryer. Pitches can get a bit muddy in the rain so get your mat out. Great for shops and places to eat and if course the Valrhona chocolate factory. Lovely place. Recommended

Busy place especially along the front. All facilities are here and work. Fantastic views. Watch the windsurfers for hours.. Not much in the town, lots of restaurants that get poor reviews so choose wisely. There are some lovely beaches just 10 mins walk on the other side of the town. There is a mini market in the town but very very expensive. Had a good day here though. Recommened

Very nice aire, cheap, good sized spaces. In a wooded valley so sound does travel. Few barking dogs. When we were there, on a suday, locals were racing motorbikes on the park next to the aire. Once the dogs stopped and the bikes stopped it was very nice. It was a Sunday after all. Grey water empty and water fill up available. Short walk to the town. OK stop.

This is a very nice campsite in a nice location with a heated pool and very friendly staff. We had two nights here and enjoyed it. This site has facilities but take care if you are a motorhome as there is no freshwater fill up available and no grey water emptying, very poor for a site with this price. Water facilities are in town if you can find them.

This site was a surprise. Entering the site looks a little run down. Part motel and a disused petrol station but inside it is excellent. Trapped on the 60s and 70s. Yes it could do with some maintenance but everything works and it's clean but best of all of you get a terrace view it's the best view on the coast. All facilities here. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. Recommened.

This is a huge well established site and also very busy, even in early October. There are pitches right on the beach front but you pay a premium price for these. Good clean facilities but the showers and toilets feel a little on the small site. Very friendly staff, great location for cycling, walks or just chilling on the beach. Recommened

A large site with a large fixed mobile home area. Ideal for families. Pitches for vans are genorous. Amazingly huge pool area and stuff for the kids. Well stocked shop and restaurants on site. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. ACSI accepted. Recommended

Nice friendly Campsite with all facilities. Pitches not marked so a bit haphazard. Short walk to town and the train for zermatt which runs a regular service. Price quoted does not include tax. Good but expensive stay.

This is just a carpark. You pay 10 euros for the nighty. There are no facilities and the local council are strict, no camping behaviour. Gets very full but when you see the prices of Italian campsites you can see why. Saying that it's not a bad stop if you are prepared. Short walk into town. Good walks and cycling to be had.

Excellent stop. The view is fabulous and the host is charming, very helpful gentleman. Free WiFi, free travel in the area with the Kronos card. We were able to fill with fresh water but we couldn't figure out grey water emptying and chemical toilet. Short walk to the train station and the lovely town. Be sure to see the modern church and the stain glass windows. Great stop. Recommended.

A very nice well equipped site. Just down and off the main road so yiu do get traffic noise. The staff a very friendly and welcoming and the facilities are second to none. Excellent. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Great area for walking and cycling. On site restaurant is simple and basic but sufficient. Watch out if you use the dryer, if you open the door mid dry you lose your credit.

There are 6 nice hedged places that make each if them private with a full view of the citadel which is 10 euros to get into. You can walk around the citadel free of charge which has a nice view of the town below which is a short walk into. There are no facilities it is just a stop. If the bays are full you can park in the adjacent field which has plenty of public lighting. Good stay. Recommened.

A very clean and tidy site. Very large Campsite with good size pitches. Facilities are clean with plenty of showers and toilets. When you check in you are given a card and a power adapter. The card times out in the morning so to get out you have to present your power adapter in exchange for an exit token. This is to avoid taking deposits. Very friendly staff. Recommended

This review is for the aire and NOT the camp site next door and by the same name. The aire is hard standing and peaceful. 5 euros is for the pitch, another 5 euros gives you electricity. There is a Flot Blu for fresh water and chemical toilet emptying however some people have been emptying their toilet into the grey water. Bad.... Very bad... Shame on you of you have done this. Comfortable stop.

This review is for the Campsite and NOT the aire which is next door and has the same name. The Campsite is very clean and tidy with large grass pitches. The facilities are good but a little dated now but the are clean and the water hot. There is a new washer and dryer which are quite cheap to use. The town of Chimay is a short 5 minute walk where there are plenty of places to eat and drink.

Nothing here, just a long concrete parking spot next to the canal for lots of campervans but it is a fantastic spot for walking, cycling and a great place to see the number 4 boat lift and the newer Strepy boat lift. Very peaceful spot by the canal. Recommened as long as you're all prepared to go off grid. Love it...

Very neat and tidy site for tents, motorhomes and caravans. Lots of fixed mobile homes here but it is very neat and welcoming. Lovely area with great walks everytjing you need is here. The staff are very friendly. You can here a little traffic from the nearby road but it's mo big deal... Highly recommend

Good place to stop off and go into Bruges. (sorry for the English spelling) Great town to visit, easy on a bike and a pleasant walk. Good site with good pitches. Everything you need, self check in by credit card. Very good

Wow! What a great place. This is a great site. Extraordinary clean and tidy, lovely welcome excellent facilities with free WiFi and eggs. What more could you ask for. The town nearby is fantastic. Great pitches. Highly recommended. If you go look after the place and be kind. It's great.

Very nice stay on a farm. Very warm friendly welcome from the lady. Grass or hard standing available. All facilities available, toilet and shower facilities are simple but useable. Great location for walking and biking. Liked it here. Like Holland. Recommended.

Very very nice campsite. Lovely people here all facilities available including good WiFi. Only one shower so could get busy. Good cycling and good walking. Funny route getting here but that's because of the location, 10km going back on yourself but we'll worth it. Recommended

Very nice aire. 9 and a bit euros. All facilities. Backs on to a campsite. Showers excellent. Very hot for the first 20 seconds, this is to kill of any bacteria. Nice. Great for cycling and walking. Lots to do in the park. Well worth the stay. Recommended

Lovely place. Water available, electricity on the large grassy pitches. Short bike ride to Bayeux. Lovely people comes and collects your money at the end of the afternoon. Recommend.

Grest Seaview if right on the front row. Not a bad stay with lots to see and do. Very interesting place. Busy at peak periods on the year, easter for us, busy but with some space. Limited facilities. We'll worth the visit.

Very pleasant and peaceful municiple site just outside of town which is 2km away. Well worth the visit. The site has everything you need. The shower and toilet facilities are very clean and tidy, if the site is really busy then there maybe a long wait for a shower and to wash the dishes. Otherwise a lovely place.. Recommended.

Cheap aire in the middle of town, excellent for the submarine pens and the pickup for the tour busses. Short walk to a good supermarket and a longer walk to town for more shops, bars and restaurants. Free bus to the beach. The aire can be noisy as its right on a main road and a wheat processing plant. Electric included in the price if your cable I'll reach. Not bad, serves a purpose.

A full family resort/holiday campsite. Very very clean and tidy. Staff excellent. There is something for everyone. Watch out shops an restaurants are expensive. Laundry, water park and entertainment. Pitches have thee own water and electricity. Very busy in school holidays. Excellent

Very nice location with free electric hook up, free water if you can get to it, free grey water emptying again if you can find and get to it. Chemical toilet emptying, again free but out of order when we were there. The chemical toilet is also well hidden and can only be used before and after working hours. Pay for the wine tasting. No obligation to buy anything. OK but not overwhelming

OK aire. Has a Euro Relais Junior water point for chemical toilet emptying, toilet cleaning which are free but fresh water is NOT free, requires a jeton. Very quiet and close to a small town with a few shops.

Amazing. The setting is fantastic with great pitches with views of the vineyard. The elderly gent who runs the vineyard is a true gentleman with a warm welcome and enthusiasm for his trade. Easy cycle into St. Emillion Town. A wonderful place. No facilities but electricity is possible. A must.

Fantastic setting and for free. Right on the canal with a short walk into town. Grey water empty and chemical toilet empty. Jeton required for fresh water. Jeton from the Marie in the town with funny opening hours. Great pitches, great for walks and cycling. Might be a bit tight getting to the canal if you are 7m plus... Excellent stay.

Very good 'pay for' aire. Good value. All services including electricity available. Excellent free WiFi in the price. Flat, large pitches for 14 vans. Short walk into the town and the midi canal. This is the place to have a Cassoulet!

Start of the season so not everything up to speed. All facilities are available with nice spacious grass/gravel pitches. Easy walk or cycle to town. Very friendly staff. Watch out for mosquitos in the peak season site is next to wet lands. Nice place and would stop again

Excellent 1night stay here. Lovely clean tidy place. Swimming pools, restaurants and shops within the site. Excellent shower, toilet and laundry services. Short bike ride to L'scala very short walk to the bay of Montgo. All service available at this site all excellent. Recommend

Excellent. Very friendly staff fantastically clean and well thought through. It's like staying in a hotel. Great walks and cycling to be had and just a short walk to the beach. The supermarket on site has a great varied stock and the prices are reasonable. We came on the ACSI which is great value. Internet is very very expensive and the normal seasonal rate is maybe a little to high. Fantastic.

Free overnight aire. Very good. Lots of good cycling and walks. Lots of good supermarkets near-by with places to eat and drink and only a short walk. No facilities but very nice and clean with well defined spaces. We liked it here.

OK location in the centre of town. Tight if you are a long van. Lots of trees to watch out for. Expensive laundry. WiFi even more expensive. Friendly staff nice pitches, very good facilities on the site. Great showers. Busy now in April, summer must be chaotic?

Other side of the port of Port Vendres but the spaces are well defined and very clean and tidy. Money collected by the police in the morning. Some people leave before paying.. Very naughty. You use it you pay it! Short walk to town for lots of restaurants and bars.

Start of April it was quite busy here but some spacr available. Flot Bleu service point and pay point. Pick up ticket on entering, pay on departure. Quite pleasant with open view of the sea. Short walk to the town. Can get very very busy in the summer season.

Start of April the carpark and service point was empty. Great to go and look at the viaduct and the visitor centre. The service point was closed only emptying of grey water available. Not sure if the service was closed because of the season or maintainance. Worth the stop.

Not a bad place once you figure out how to get in. You pay by bank card or Pass Etapes. If you don't have a Pass Etapes you will be charged an extra 4 euros on top of the 9 euro fee. However the card lasts for ever and you can use it again at another of the Pass Etapes sites. All services are available once inside. The pitches are spacious with electricity included. Plenty of shops and bars near.

Very spacious aire within staggering distance of the beautiful town. Very peaceful with a very nice view. No facilities here. Services are supposed to be on the other side of town but they do not work or rather they didn't in March/April.

We turned up here to empty and clean our toilet, fill up with clean and empty grey water. You can only empty your grey water tank as ALL the plumbing has been removed. The town is lovely but move on if you need a full service.

Stopped here end of March. Friendly, polite staff gave us the chance to choose any spot we liked. All amenities are here. Very quiet and peaceful. 2km walk to the lovely city of Charters and the fine Cathedral with plenty of shops. Very nice walk along the river.

Excellent stay here. Well setup with hard, level pitches with grass to the side for your awning. Your arrival is greeted with a warm friendly welcome with two friendly dogs that insist on 'helping'. They grow, press and bottle excellent cider which you can purchase. The town is small with not a great deal in it but that doesn't matter when the stay is so nice. We will come again.

Very nice, clean and tidy site. Lots of open space with good sized pitched. good price for the UK, we paid 26 UK pounds with includes electricity. friendly helpful staff, lots of good walks nearby. All services available for your van or caravan. highly recommended.

Very basic campsite pitches not marked out so a bit random. Facilities are basic but functional. Great location for the three countries bridge but that’s it really. The staff are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Pay 5 euros and they will do your washing. Supermarket and mall over the bridge. Can be noisy sometimes from the surrounding area.

We liked it here. Very clean and efficient. Pay and display for 6 euros. You get a pitch with a ‘terrace’. The site is just out of town with some great and cycling. All facilities available for water disposal and fill up as well as chemical toilet emptying. No showers or toilets, similar to a French aire. Fills up quick so be early to a avoid disappointment. Recommended

Very nice here. Very warm friendly welcome. Nice shaded pitches sharing with permanent residence who where friendly and helpful. Pitches are not defined but orderly. All facilities available. Showers and toilets are dated but clean. Restaurant and bar next door. Be sure to make the effort to see the boat elevator. Recommended

Get here early as this place fills up quick. 10 euros gets you a pitch overlooking the marina. All facilities are available, limited number of good clean showers so be prepared to line up with your towel. Great town just a short walk away. Massive bakery for fresh bread as well as breakfast and coffee etc. Busy but good value site. Recommended.

Very friendly and warm welcome with lots of local information given to you. Pitch is spacious with electricity and water available at all pitches. Toilets and showers are excellent. The bus stops outside the camp to go to Luxembourg which is worth a look. Good cycling if you can understand the maps and signage. Highly recommended.

Right on the bank of the Mosel. Great pitch with a terrific view. We paid 5 euros to a chap who comes every night around 18.00 to collect. There is electricity for another 2 euro. No other facilities that we could find. Great walks and cycling to be had. Very peaceful, very quiet. Nice place.

The view from this side of the river towards Beilstein is wonderful. However poor value for money. The lady who sees you in is very friendly and helpful. You have to pay 60 cents per KWh for electricity, a euro each if you want a shower. The WiFi is poor at best. Fresh water fill up is free but the grey water empty is unusable because of poor access. Great imbiss and restaurant is on site.

Don’t be put off because this is a hotel car park, it’s a very nice place. The hotel staff a very friendly. Grey water disposal, fresh water fill up and electricity are all available with chemical toilet emptying. Showers and toilet basic but clean and functional. The town is lovely and with a nice walk along the Mosel. Hotel across the road does a great buffet for 15 euros. Highly recommended

Old mining town doing tourism. This is a very clean and tidy site. Pay 10 euros with your card and you are given an access and exit code for the barrier. Same for electricity. Water is 50 cents for 50 litres. Grey water dump also available. Very quiet place and a nice stop over while on route. Recommended.

A very good site. Water is free if you are staying the night. The lady here was very friendly and very helpful. The local town is small but has a bar and a small supermarket. Have a look at the water mill in town. Showers are dated but excellent. All facilities available using the ‘Flot Bleu’ but the jeton is free if you stay. A lovely peaceful place.

We have been here twice now and like it very much. Staff a very friendly. All facilities are available they even have an onsite bar selling local beer. Nice pitches. The site is part of a farm with some great walks and cycling. Highly recommended.

A nice warm welcome. The 94 spaces are mostly taken up by permanent mobile homes although the spaces for visitors are spacious and supplied with electricity and water. The showers and dish washing facilities are poor and need updating. During our stay local gangs of children use the site to race around on bikes screaming. If you want a quiet time then avoid. Try a local aire instead.
