On September 19, 2025, we had the same thing happen! When we called, we got an answering machine.

We made a long drive on September 19, 2025 to get here and at the entrance there was a sign that said Fermee / Gesloten!

A very, very cramped terraced campsite. We were assigned number 2 and couldn't even fit our 6.40-meter campervan in. We then had to reverse back from the terraced road because you couldn't even turn. Moreover, the terraced road dead-ended on the other side, so we almost got stuck, even though we are excellent drivers with over 20 years of campervan experience. We continued driving after this frustrating experience.

You will be given an electricity meter upon check-in to measure your electricity consumption and pay extra later.

A beautiful location, but not even hot water for washing dishes, although mixer taps are installed. Several electrical sockets do not work on the poles. The lampposts give very little light: do not forget your flashlight to go to the sanitary block.

We were there on Wednesday October 30th, but the campsite was closed.

This Camping Municipal has now become an Aire de Camping-Car of France-Passion! We are not a member of this organization, and we could drive back 20 km to the entrance of the A5. What a waste of time.

We arrived around 5:30 pm and found the reception closed. So we called the posted telephone number, but got a voice saying she was absent. The barrier was down and blocked the entrance. We then drove to the Sergines campsite which was fortunately open, and the only campsite in the (large) region.

We arrived here on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 and stood in front of a closed gate. The grounds looked very neglected and dilapidated, and there was not a living soul in sight. When we inquired at the counter at the viewpoint, which is located just next to the campsite, we heard that the campsite is permanently closed.

We paid €18.5 for 1 night on June 11, 2024 for a bus camper, 2 people and electricity. The ACSI sign is at the reception, but we still had to pay extra for electricity, even though the high season here only starts on June 15. An invoice was not given.

We arrived at the campsite at 6pm today and the big white gate was closed. A man from the site casually told us that the campsite was closed.

We stayed here for 1 night with our bus camper and 2 people plus electricity, and had to pay €38.72! The ACSI card was not accepted.

We drove for an hour on a very narrow and winding road to find this campsite. Nowhere along the way was there a sign to the campsite. When we arrived after all the hard work, the owner casually told us that the "campsite" was closed. The site looked very neglected. Clutter and objects lying around everywhere. And decrepit buildings. In silence we were happy to drive away from here as quickly as possible,
