Nice and clean camper site. It fills up quickly, so some people park on the grass. It's a shame, though, that someone from the village, I think, has parked their caravan here. They should be supervised. Otherwise, it's definitely recommended.

Sandra and Alex, it's wonderful to see you and your wonderful campsite again after so many years. You've done such a great job there. And we wish you all the best with your future plans. We had a wonderful time during the two days we spent with you. Thank you for that. And you never know, we might be back again. Sincerely, Peter and Wilma Jacobs

It's been 18 years since we last visited. We don't recognize it anymore. From a small, quiet campsite to a mass tourism site. The lady at reception wasn't very enthusiastic and preferred us to book a pitch instead of exploring the campsite first. This is what made us decide to move on. Where have the good old days gone? The smaller the better.

It's now Camping-Camperplaats Caix. We stayed here for two nights. The sanitary facilities are in need of renovation. You pay €2 to use the toilet and shower, using a door code at the entrance. But if those are broken into, you're not going to pay €2, are you? It's a beautiful area, though, and we had to do everything early because of the heat.

Basic campsite with dated sanitary facilities. Located on the Lot River. Pitching costs €13 per night for two people with electricity. A small supermarket is nearby.

What a wonderful place if you're self-sufficient. It's lovely to be right by a babbling brook.

We were all alone here and thought it was a great place for 1 night.

What a lovely place this is. For €5.80 you can stay here with 2 people, your camper and you have electricity for 24 hours. Water costs €2.50. At the front is a sanitary building. Also used a lot by cyclists. There are also 2 small huts that you can rent as a cyclist. And not to forget the restaurant where you can have a bite to eat and drink. Stayed for 2 nights and slept wonderfully peacefully.

This campsite has been run by a young couple for 2 years. The previous owners had not done much to it and now they are doing their best to make it nice again. You can also rent chalets and safari tents here. There is also a swimming pool. Price for 2 persons without electricity 19 euros. We hope they make something nice of it.

Wanted to take a look first to see if we would like this campsite. Unfortunately the gate was closed. The walk-through door was also locked. Coincidentally a man with a dog arrived who was on the campsite. I asked if he would let me in so I could take a look. But he didn't do that because he was afraid of getting into trouble with the owner. And if I was already there I didn't have a code to get out. I would really get a locked-in feeling like that.

Arrived here on Sunday around 2pm. Reception was closed. There was an older couple with a caravan in front of us who told us that reception would only open at 5pm and that they would wait until then. I walked to reception and pressed the bell that I saw hanging there. Someone immediately came to me who politely opened the barrier for us. I immediately asked if he would also let the older couple in. Nice and quiet campsite.

Nice big places. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated but you can make do. For 1 week we paid €83,- including electricity for 2 people. In the area you can still see many memories of the 1st world war. Had a nice week here.

Camping has 10 places and a field for tents. A young couple manages this camping and usually come in the evening to collect the money. Place including electricity and 2 persons €12.50. For tent and 1 person €8,-. Sanitary looks neat and fresh and is also cleaned every day. The heat of the water could be hotter (okay for showering but too cold for washing dishes). There could be more garbage bins (1 is too few). We enjoyed it there.

Bruno welcomes you with open arms on a large field where you can choose your own spot. There are no showers and toilets. You can get water and electricity there and empty your toilet. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Good for 1 to 2 nights. If there were a toilet building, I am sure it would attract more people.

Open area with no shade. Nice view to the mountain. You can hear the A75 from a distance. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Make sure you have wedges and/or filler blocks with you, as it runs quite a bit.

We tried to level our camper here, but that didn't work because it sloped and was uneven everywhere. we drove on again.

We arrived at a locked gate. The grounds were neatly mowed and looked good. Then we saw an old lady hanging out of the window who told us that the campsite was closed for good. Shame. She didn't want to tell the reason.

What peace and quiet this small, friendly municipal campsite provides. You don't hear any traffic here at all. Well maintained toilet block. Nice receptionist. Nice village where you can have something delicious to eat in 2 restaurants.

Campsite is permanently closed according to Google. Too bad it's a nice area there.

The route was planned to go to the Warsteiner motorhome area Zum Bayernstadl when we drove past here. Anyway, let's take a quick look. Large spacious pitches demarcated by hedges, each with its own power connection. You enter the clean sanitary building with a code. You can book and pay by scanning a code. Very simple. A visit to the brewery is also recommended. We had a good time.

Places are not level. It takes a lot of effort to level your camper. They are currently working on the street that can cause nuisance. But for €8, you can't be in the 1st rank either.

It's really hard to find. It is also nowhere indicated that there is a camper place here. The directions let you drive into a small road that ends after 100 meters. Here the coordinates 49.6189674, 17.3193475 so you can drive there right away. Is indeed driving onto a gravel path behind a car wrecker. after 500 meters on the right you will find the motorhome. We are now completely alone and enjoy the peace. 10 euros per night.

Nice place to stand if you can choose where you want to stand. But unfortunately this kite does not work here. Madam. from the other side who dictates a little supervision, it is just how everyone should stand. She prefers to have everyone as close together as possible. For example, tonight (26-6) everyone had to move their camper so that a larger one could stand (if it comes) or move it. We will certainly not come back here.

For the 3rd time here. Beautiful motorhome on the Maas. For €10 water and electricity. It is a pity that the container bins were rammed full. Will definitely come here more often when we return.

A real pull-through campsite. The grass was knee height. First had to drive up and down with the camper a few times so that the grass was flattened. Price there and against is again nothing to say. €9.86 for 2 men with emplacement.

Booked a place via email. When Corinne and Didier arrived there on May 30, they were not. We were warmly welcomed later in the day by Lisa and Thomas. We had found our place in the yard itself close to the sanitary facilities. We had a private lawn with a table and 2 chairs. The garden stakes danced around this field and bird cages hung in the tree that blew with the wind. Corrie and Didier many thanks.

Since 1 month there is a new owner. All still new to him and still getting used to it. Nice and spontaneous man who welcomed us. What a beautiful place here. For € 12, - including electricity and showers, nothing can be said about it. From here cycled to the Atlantic Ocean by bike (20km). There is also a beautiful cycling route along the canal. Are planning to stay for 3 nights.

Located on a busy and noisy road. In the middle of the campsite there was only 1 water tap and it was closed. So for water we had to go all the way forward. You also had to go all the way to the front for your sanitary stop. You can drive right up because the barrier has been removed. No supervision at all on site. They expect many campers at Pentecost because they were setting out the places. Not immediately recommended.
Sitecode: 69471
Nice camper place where 3 campers of normal size can stand. there is free water and you can discharge gray water. Bakery is around the corner and there is a small supermarket where you can get the much needed. Also nice sights such as a kind of dolmens and a stone bridge over a river. Are here 1 night ago.

Calm, calm, very very calm. We too were all alone here. Simply delicious. Very friendly reception. We could choose our own place.
Sitecode: 66715
Camping Bellevue open again. We stayed there for 2 nights and what a rest we had there. The sanitary building has been refurbished from the outside. Showers were nice and warm. Hedges had been trimmed and the grass mowed. Still, they can improve a lot to attract more guests. But for €10 per night for 2 people and the dog you can't complain.
Sitecode: 28781
Campsite was open as usual. The reception is open from 9 am to 12 noon and from 5 pm to 9 pm. In the meantime you will not pass the gate if only on foot. We arrived around half past one in the afternoon and a nice gentleman showed us around the site. The nice manager took plenty of time for us. Two nights stood for € 28, -. Nice town.

Excellent motorhome at Wijnboer Bollenberg. Behind are vineyards place for 4 campers side by side. Too bad that a 5th tries to nest in between them to the dismay of others. Nice view over the vineyards. Free electricity and water available.
Sitecode: 70286
Parking la Ferme is closed and will not open again. The 87-year-old owner told us this. Her husband has passed away and she does not want to continue with this. Too bad it seemed to be a nice place to spend a few nights. Wishing Mrs. good health and then we drove on.

That such places still exist. An oasis of calm. The owner will come and have a nice chat with you. Toilet block with hot showers. In the area still much to see about the 2nd world war.
Sitecode: 84436
Large motorhome for about 220 places. We were there with 4 other campers. Only free water and gray water discharge. Nice and quiet there. You can get your bread to the boulangerie via a footpath.
Sitecode: 8813
Nice place but too close to a busy traffic road which causes a lot of traffic noise all day long. Not pleasant for your night's sleep. At the bottom of the village 2 large supermarkets.
Sitecode: 53851
in 2018 we were already here when with the caravan. We had a great time there by a stream. Now we have it with the camper. Lovely campsite that is nice and quiet. There are 2 large supermarkets here and it is wonderful to cycle along the canal. For 2 people and the place you pay €10. If you want electricity, you pay €4 more. Camping is recommended.
Sitecode: 70162
Already been here in 2019 when it was still a campsite. Now a great motorhome and nice and quiet. supermarche is close by. You can also enjoy cycling along the Maas here.
