A great, small campsite near the lake with everything you need, even a heated pool. A great base for many activities. During peak season, be sure to reserve in advance. A very warm welcome. We're absolutely delighted to have gotten a spot here, as the campsite wasn't that big. Peak season, Category C, 2 adults + 1 child, €68/night. We'll definitely be back.

The city has done everything right here! A pitch in the heart of town, yet idyllic, with all amenities, including water, electricity, and electricity. €23/night (2 adults + 1 child, including tourist tax). Very friendly registration at the tourist information office. Pitches are slightly sloping, but no problem with wedges. A great starting point for hikes and sightseeing. Bad Frankenhausen itself is a well-kept, lovingly designed town.

We spent two days at the campsite over Whitsun, no reservation needed. 2 adults/1 child, €33/day without electricity. Very friendly reception, bread roll service (early risers), and decent bathroom facilities. Not a fancy spot, but perfectly adequate in our opinion. Lots of long-term campers. On holidays, it's often used by large, sometimes noisy groups and what appears to be (former) soldiers, judging by the many shirts with the Iron Cross. ;-/

The access road looked like a footpath, and there was a no-car and no-motorcycle sign along the way, so we didn't dare drive any further. Unfortunately, there were no signs indicating a parking space. Since we only wanted to use the service, we didn't ask the hotel and drove on.

We were here on April 19, 2025, and the campsite was closed. Just like the other two in Czaplinek. The area looked like a construction site, with wood and building materials lying around everywhere. There was a phone number at the entrance, so maybe they would have let us onto the site. But we didn't want to be on a construction site.

A wonderful, park-like, very well-maintained campsite with large pitches. It opened on April 15th; we arrived on the evening of April 16th, but the reception was already closed. We were still able to find a spot and register the next morning. Only a few spots were occupied, but many had already been reserved. Reservations are recommended in the summer. The restrooms are very clean, although a bit dated. €28/night for 3 people + RV + electricity in the off-season. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed at this site the week before Easter. It was no problem getting a spot without a reservation. €43/night including electricity and water for 3 people plus a motorhome. The site was clean, and the bathrooms were OK. Reception speaks English, and payment can be made by card or cash in zloty. There's an ATM right outside the site. Reservations are definitely recommended during peak season.

Beautifully located site, with terraces, which gives you the feeling of being on a relatively small campsite. Great pool, bread roll service, small bar with shop, great view. The site is extremely well maintained and the prices are still reasonable for South Tyrol. Reservations are highly recommended. It was fully booked even in October. Very friendly staff. Thank you for the great stay.

There is nothing to complain about at the site itself. Very friendly staff, uncomplicated, efficient booking in advance possible, bread roll service (online + on site), V/E, luxury sanitary facilities. Pool undersized for the size of the site. €54/night for 2 adults, 1 child, no electricity (we had a transit site for 2 nights). It was a bit too busy for us, typically German ;-) but if you like that, you'll be happy here, hence 5 stars

Very quiet, pleasant campsite with a great pool. Not overcrowded even in high season. Bread roll service, electricity, chemical toilet emptying available. Indirect water/supply possible (draining grey water into buckets, filling up with fresh water using a canister), but no water/supply where you can drive directly with your RV. Only tight swimming trunks are allowed in the pool. Approx. 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Ideal for cycling to Mont Ventoux.
Sitecode: 59410
Well located campsite with everything you need. The rear plots are further away from the toilets, but much quieter if you're not into music in the evenings. We were right in the middle of it, it was too loud for the child to sleep (music until after 11pm). Very friendly staff (speaks English). 10 minutes by bike to the lake, 10 minutes on foot to the supermarket, 30 minutes on foot to Embrun town centre.

Quietly located on the edge of town at the end of a large car park. Free use of water and toilets, electricity included in the price. Eguisheim is really worth a visit, even if it is very crowded. BUT: €10 for 4 hours (we were just passing through) is really steep and it is the only option for parking in Eguisheim. You get more out of it if you stay the night here.
Sitecode: 25432
We stayed here for 24 hours for €7.60. Very busy in high season, make sure you arrive in the early afternoon as it fills up very quickly. No water/electricity, toilets. Good starting point for visiting Colmar.
Sitecode: 78866
Campsite located directly on the lake with toilet, shower, electricity, water/electricity, large pool included in the price. €43/night for 2 adults, 1 child. Perfectly located for water sports and hiking. Small shop and restaurant in front of the site. Bread roll service at the campsite. Even in high season you can get a spot without a reservation as it is not crowded. Operator is very friendly, helpful and speaks English. If you only stay for 24 hours, you can park for free on the parking space in front of the campsite.
Sitecode: 56716
Free parking space for RVs only, without electricity, toilet, water/supply. If everyone parks carefully, there is room for almost 20 campers. We stayed here for 2 nights because all the campsites by the lake were full. You need to arrive in good time, it fills up very quickly. About 5 minutes walk to the lake. The road is OK at night. We felt safe here with a child. Thanks to the municipality for making such sites available.
Sitecode: 65740
The campsite no longer exists. If you ask at the hotel, you can still park here for free. There is space for 6 RVs. No electricity, water/electricity, toilet in the hotel can be used on request. Garbage cans available. We were here for 2 nights at the beginning of April with the family to go hiking. Nice playground and restaurant right next door.
Sitecode: 104012
Sufficient parking in spring. Electricity and water available for a few crowns. Gray water/toilet free of charge. Located directly at the lake/swimming pool/sports park. Water sports possible, seating available. Quiet location. To the center of Pilsen approx. 5 km. Went here for 2 nights with family and felt safe. Thank you for having places like this for free.
Sitecode: 46813
Great location, very clean sanitary facilities, small shop, pizza machine (surprisingly good), guest card for public transport, pool, drying room for laundry, perfect for hiking trips. It was still full in mid-October, partially fully booked. Despite the low season, we reserved in advance WITHOUT electricity for 2 adults/1 child, the cheapest pitch category was 57€/day. Quite a lot of regulations, children shouldn't go to the toilet unaccompanied, etc. - a bit exaggerated

Stood on the motorhome parking space outside the CP (CP closed from October 1st). The 10 places were already full. Were pointed to an “emergency spot” by “permanent campers” there. Others took out tickets and stood in the large parking lot that belongs to the swimming pool in front of the campsite. For 10€ electricity + drinking water, but disposal was no longer possible because the campsite was closed. Good location for viewing Hall.
Sitecode: 92876
Very good place for a stopover. Places, everything automated thanks to the parking card. There is a small meadow for tents. Showers at full capacity rather cool water, otherwise ok. Electricity, washing machine, dryer available. Almost fully occupied from 7 p.m. in high season. A visit to the silver mine in Schwaz is recommended. Stood 2 nights for 22€/day. Thank you for this place, there could be more of that.
Sitecode: 9687
Went here for the 4th time, whenever we drive towards Venice we try to stand here. CP small, familiar, very quiet. Good connection to the beach, restaurants and the port of Venice, bicycles are an advantage. Small shop with regional products, bread service, very friendly staff and safe. Reservations are an advantage in high season, but can also work without. We will be back.
Sitecode: 26264
For us already for the 2nd time spontaneous refuge because of bad weather. Space large, flat and free spaces in the afternoon even in the high season. In the evening, however, occupied. Friendly staff, easy access to town center, beach. V/E available. Toilet/shower situation for us with WoMo rather secondary. We like coming here and are glad that such pitches exist alongside normal campsites. Clear recommendation.
Sitecode: 67567
Wonderfully located CP, very friendly staff, clean and everything you need is there. We really enjoyed the peace and the environment here. Absolute recommendation.
Sitecode: 88705
Free parking space, well located, supermarket, Obi, restaurant in the immediate vicinity, where you could also use the toilet during opening hours. We have stayed here many times as an overnight stop on our way north. Large, level space for numerous WoMos. Also good if you arrive late in the evening.
Sitecode: 70158
Beautiful place right by the sea. We stayed here the week after Easter. As always with such places: arrive early. Towards evening the place filled up and there were a total of 8 WoMos there. One side of the square is paved, level, the other is dirt and partly muddy. Rest benches available. Great spot to watch the sunset by the sea. Very quiet. Garbage cans available, no V/E. There are also parking spaces on the road to the island of Mandø.
Sitecode: 57955
We stayed here over Easter and got a seat even without a reservation. Really great place, great facilities with kitchens, playground, shop, gastro, very friendly staff - everything you need. The location is great and camping in the dunes is a great experience. For 1 WoMo + 👨 👩 👦 we paid 55 €/day. In the low season it costs only half. Electricity is shown separately but always billed.
Sitecode: 8655
We stayed here for one night in the week after Easter to visit Ribe. It's a normal city parking lot, paved, flat. + V/E can be used free of charge, public toilet, waste disposal. - the large WoMo parking spaces are almost completely occupied by parked cars during the day, which only drive in the evening. Next door is a construction yard, from 6:30 a.m. wheel loaders drove constantly. For one night and V/E ok.
Sitecode: 79981
We stood here for one night in the week after Easter. There was only one more WoMo in the evening. Neat, quiet place with benches. No V/E, but perfect for one night. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the port/downtown. Supermarket/gas station nearby.
Sitecode: 13699
In the week after Easter we were almost the only ones on the CP. Very well maintained, friendly staff. We spent 2 nights without electricity and showers (costs extra) on the CP and paid €16/day for a mobile home, 2 adults, 1 child (low season). Swhr well equipped kitchens. We could use the swimming pool for free. To walk to the beach or snail shell about 5 minutes, to walk to the harbor with museum and aquarium about 20 minutes.
Sitecode: 19130
It's great that the municipality built this parking space. Very uncomplicated by machine. V/E, shower, toilet, electricity included. Laid out in terraces, wedges necessary. V/E can also be used individually for €5 without an overnight stay. 22€ is quite expensive but the location is nice overlooking the lake.
Sitecode: 99459
The most beautiful pitch in the Netherlands. Super nice reception. Pitches directly by the sea, including sunset. You are completely self-sufficient and that is exactly what makes it so charming. Absolute recommendation! For the price: €17 is absolutely ok. On the Mediterranean you pay €90 and more for such spots on a CP and then you still have to walk 500m to the toilet. Here is a wonderful spot to stay overnight that would otherwise be inaccessible.
Sitecode: 54398
Without registering, we easily got a place for 2 nights in the afternoon during the Easter holidays, but in the evening it was very full. Space has showers, toilets, V/E incl. Good starting point for tours to Haarlem, Amsterdam, Keukenhof. Operator super nice. We liked it. Recommended. The planes didn't bother us. 16€/night.
Sitecode: 21238
We stayed here for one night during the Easter holidays, the CP directly on the beach were all fully booked. So we were happy to get a seat. Entry after 2 p.m., but check-in is possible earlier. Departure by 11 a.m. Very nice staff, clean, spacious place, geared towards families, pool, shop, playground. For 1 night we paid €50 (2 adults/1 child) directly on the CP, we were not offered the pitches.
Sitecode: 98174
Stayed here from Good Friday to Easter Sunday. Place was full all the time. You have the best chance before 12 p.m., we were just lucky that someone left in the afternoon. But it could also have been due to Easter. Many had to move on. Place very clean, sanitary unisex, showers for a fee, electricity extra. Operators were very nice. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but the Kinderdijk mills are not far away.
Sitecode: 483
Were here one night (Green Thursday-Good Friday). Even though we didn't arrive until 8pm, there were still 2 spaces left. There are 3 flat pitches, electricity for €3/night. You can use the toilets of the thermal baths free of charge during opening hours (clean, socket available). Place very quiet, felt safe here. During the evening 2 more WoMo came, one parked in the parking lot of the thermal bath, which was tolerated. For free! Recommendation!
Sitecode: 8314
The motorhome port is located directly at the campsite, all sanitary facilities and services are included in the price. We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October for 72 € / 2E, 1K. The place was pretty full, flat and the operators were very nice. However, 36 € / day for a parking space in the off-season are a bit expensive, so only 3 stars.
Sitecode: 526
We stayed here 2 nights in late October. It was very quiet. 60 € / 2E, 1K. The sanitary facilities are really great. Very friendly staff. Only the price is a bit high because you are outside the campsite. Otherwise really recommendable and in October there were no space problems here either. It is likely to be very, very crowded here in summer.
Sitecode: 4595
We stayed here for 2 nights (€ 62 total). On October 31 closes the place for the winter break. Entry is only possible between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Toilet with key can be used free of charge, very clean. Shower € 0.50 / 2 min. Gray water / chemical toilet disposal free, fresh water approx. € 1/90 l. The groundskeeper was very friendly and uncomplicated. Good to visit Sellin. In autumn there was almost nothing going on here and we stood level and calm.
Sitecode: 3658
We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October for € 15 / night. There is supply / disposal and a toilet for 50 cents / use as well as a restaurant, direct access to the stone beach and the steam locomotive stop. The parking space was about half full, also suitable for large RVs. Electricity for approx. 50% of the places. The place is level. The groundskeeper was very friendly. The next places are approx. 2 km away.
Sitecode: 26264
We stayed here 3 nights during the holiday season. If you arrive in the afternoon, you can always find a place. In the evening it gets tight, but the operators are very friendly and try to make everything possible. Place is very clean, great location. Only the trains that passed very often were very loud. Not suitable for caravans.
Sitecode: 63058
We stayed here for 4 nights during the holiday season. Although it was stated online that the CP was fully booked, we went on luck and got a free place, it was not overcrowded. Equipment was great, everything you need and very clean. Small shop + restaurant. There were almost only Italians here. The operators speak Italian + English. We paid 45 € / day for 2 adults, 1 child, 1 mobile home. We felt very comfortable.
Sitecode: 72053
We stood in this hiking parking lot for one night. The street next door is very quiet at night. Barbecue and seating as well as garbage cans available. Good starting point for hikes or leisure activities. We liked it.
Sitecode: 13168
We stopped here for one night, came from Como-Canzo-Lasnigo with a compact RV (6.80 m long, 2.20 wide), which was tight for a short time, but everything was feasible. It is a normal parking lot without service, toilet available but very dirty. You have to buy a parking ticket, around 10 € for 24 hours. You can park here for free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Car park slightly sloping.
