As an "emergency stop" for us, since our original destination was fully booked, the site turned out to be a great campsite in a village location. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is filled with (holiday) accommodation and nothing else going on. You can hear the main road during the day, but it's quiet at night. The restrooms are always clean. Very friendly and helpful Dutch operators, who also speak German. We paid 440 SEK / 40 € per night during peak season.

We'll leave an honest, but more critical review: more than 400 SEK (high season, with electricity), which is more than many other sites. However, we were on a relatively narrow pitch, which seemed rather crowded, even though the site overall seems spacious. The showers are communal, separated by shower curtains, but the changing rooms are shared. Not our thing! The price didn't match the service for us.

A superb site, with direct access to the lake and a bathing jetty. Excellent restroom facilities, modern, and very clean. The restaurant also offers a small but fine menu with a slight Belgian touch—they even advertise themselves as "the northernmost Belgian pub." A large beer selection. Very helpful, friendly owners speak many languages, including German. You rarely hear trains, but more often the road (Inlandsvägen).

Great spot. You can park either on the grass or on one of the gravel pitches. Keep in mind: meadows in the far north quickly become like lakes after a downpour, so it might take a while for the water to drain away. There's a great playground and swimming area nearby, also good for families. Restrooms were always clean and well-maintained.

Everything was in perfect order. Showers and toilets are located in a new and modern sanitary container, and the reception and restaurant are located in a modern and fairly new wooden "tee-pee." The pitches are divided into sections, with grass, very level, and well-maintained. Please note: you need a CEE to Schuko adapter for electricity! We were in a very quiet spot and had a restful night.

As previously described: the location is quite nice. But one shower (10 SEK in coins required!) and two toilets for everyone – not enough space. Overall, the price-performance ratio isn't right. We parked in a better gravel parking lot, and since it had rained earlier, we carried an incredible amount of stones in and around. Please, not for 350 SEK (with electricity)!

A fantastic campsite. Payment is made at a card machine. There was a service building on the lake side with three showers and toilets, two cooking facilities, and indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was lovingly furnished. Another service building is across the street in the "forest" part of the site. The site was very well-maintained and clean. We spent a peaceful night here.

Great location for a city trip. Our reservation via email (five months before arrival) worked perfectly! Overall, the service was good, the information was reliable, and the complex appeared to be well-maintained. During peak season, there's a lot of through traffic and a lot of hustle and bustle. Only the rather high price (only in peak season?) forces us to deduct a star. Either lower the price or increase the offer further!

A great site with a beautiful location at the tourist spot, the Berg lock staircase. Within walking distance. For the RV parking space, you simply register at the Vandrarhem and receive a transponder card for the shower/restroom. This is about a 5-minute walk from the site and was originally part of the local yacht harbor. It's clean, though, and everything is in order. Please note: there's no greywater disposal and no electricity.

We were here for the second time in July 2025, after 2019. A great base for exploring Astrid Lindgren's World. However, the price of around €57 per night (2 adults/1 child/1 dog) is quite high. Hence only 4 stars. But overall, everything was tidy, available, and clean.

Great campsite, fantastic location: It's about a 10-minute walk to town, and another 5 minutes to all the wooden houses. The restrooms are modern and always clean, and the paths on the campsite have just been freshly paved. During peak season, there's a bread roll service at 8 a.m. Incidentally, there's a really nice mini-golf course with a watercourse.

A great campsite as a base for visits to the Keukenhof, for example. The service at the reception is super friendly. A bus stop is a 15-20 minute walk away, which takes you to Hillegom (station). From there, Haarlem is another 12-minute train ride away, and Amsterdam is also within easy reach. We enjoyed the peace and quiet here and the surrounding nature.

A great campsite that offers and promises plenty of entertainment, especially for children. Thanks to the on-site supermarket, you'll want for nothing. The swimming pool is ideal for the little ones. The outdoor playground is a great attraction in good weather, and the indoor playground is a great alternative in bad weather! Those who don't want to cook for themselves can also make use of the restaurant. The restrooms are modern and always clean.

A beautiful campsite located right next to the dunes. It's a 15-minute walk from here over steep terrain, but the view over and into the dunes is more than worth it! The site has a shop, a restaurant, and an ice cream stand. The grounds are well-maintained and everything is always clean. Maybe we'll even come back?!

Great, cozy campsite with a convenient location for the Puttgarden <-> Rødby ferry. Cheap by Danish standards. The sanitary facilities were well-maintained and clean, and there were great opportunities for children on site. There are also regular organized programs such as stick bread or barbecue evenings. It is about a 20-minute walk to Nysted Marina, right along the coast. We can definitely recommend the site.

There is only one star because you can't give less here. What on earth is that?! Almost €60 per night in high season for 2 adults with a child and a dog and then something like that?! The condition of the showers - grotesque! The family bathroom - or rather the heating and ventilation center - seems to be moldy? Everything is totally impersonal, as there is no reception and everything is automated. The only positive thing: the location. 50 minutes on foot and by train to Nyhavn.

Great campsite with a unique opportunity to be right by the sea if you're in the first row! We paid around €70 per night for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog in high season. But it was worth the price, not untypical for Denmark but with a good offer. Great playground, great location within walking distance to the marina and town and everything was always clean.

Great campsite with all the comforts and facilities for children you can imagine. Great location too: less than 10 minutes to the Eishuset and another 10 minutes to the sea. A Spar supermarket is also within walking distance. However, the campsite at least has steep prices (especially in high season). Nevertheless: the range, cleanliness and modernity are there, and the surroundings are first class. Apparently you can charge more for that. ;-)

As the previous speaker has already said: outdated and somehow out of date. Location: out of the way. Restaurant on site: super tasty!! Great pizza. Is that enough for a campsite?

A really great campsite near Ribe. About 20 minutes walk to the town centre, 1 hour 5 minutes walk to the Ribe VikingeCenter. The whole area is extremely well maintained and was always clean, even during the peak holiday season. There was nothing missing, there are two great playgrounds for the little ones and a variety of activities (go-karts, goats, jumping mat, trampolines...). There is a separate dog forest for dogs - everything has been thought of!

Cool couple who run the site only took over in spring 2024. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are getting old. The location by the sea is great and very quiet overall. There is nothing else to see in the village except for a supermarket. But the site is certainly not only very interesting for ferry passengers to/from Funen. Not 4 stars because these stand for "very good" here, and it is still too early for that.

I don't know why this place gets such a bad review! We were here for a weekend in late summer 2023 and felt comfortable. We had a spot by the pond, but the sanitary facilities could have been a bit better maintained and bigger. But especially with children, and not just because of the alpacas, it's a great place to go! Overall very cozy.

A really nice campsite on Lake Garda, which impresses with its good and clean infrastructure (including sanitary facilities) and its good location. Not far from the campsite, on the main road, which is inaudible to camper vans, there is a bus to Peschiera or Garda. In Lazise you can stroll around or take the boat to Sirmione or Malcesine. All of the pitches are nice, we were in Zona 2. Great offer for (small) children too!

Really great campsite with a magnificent view of the Santnerspitze! Modern sanitary facilities and always clean. The terrain is naturally steep and mountainous due to the plateau, but all pitches are nicely levelled. A very comfortable atmosphere for what is admittedly a very reasonable price; hence one star deducted, as it could be a few euros cheaper to appeal to more than just land yachting clients.

Super friendly and helpful operator on a wonderfully lovingly maintained and managed pitch. had a great night here on our way from Croatia to Germany. everything is extremely easy and cheap. 9 km from Legoland, but no public transport connection or anything.

A really great, if not very cheap place. There are great sanitary buildings (especially "Block 3" for the standard pitches), 3 restaurants for every budget, a bar and ice cream parlors. In 10 minutes you can walk along the promenade in Njivice. We can recommend the "Superior" pitch category as a good compromise between great, large pitches, relative proximity to the sea and price! Gladly again!

Very great place, used by us as a stopover for 1 night. The overnight places are extremely spacious, but not separated from each other. But perfectly adequate for a few nights. The alpine hut is also very good, with good food and fair prices. any time!

Nice place, especially as a stop-over for the onward journey to Croatia, for example. Price/performance fits here. Due to the stop-over concept, the pitches are not subdivided, but rather you simply choose your spot for the night. The area for tent campers looked very cute. It's convenient that you can book all tastings in the bar on your "pitch number" bay and pay for everything together at check-out.

Super great place where nothing is missing: there are great sanitary facilities, direct access to the sea (gravel sand, but access to the sea is sandy, with only a few stones in the water, long flat great for kids), a children's pool and within walking distance the old town of Rab in about 30 minutes. restaurants are also nearby. The only drawback: the steep prices (114 € for 2 adults, 1 child, 1 dog, with a camper in the high season).

Great resort for families with (small) children! Every day until 2 p.m. you can pre-order super delicious rolls from a real baker on site. Infrastructure still relatively new. Great play area for the little ones. direct access to the biosphere reserve. in about 20 minutes you can also walk to Münsingen in the city. A great addition with the bakery, where special offers take place from time to time.

super well-kept campsite with great infrastructure: sanitary facilities are very modern and always clean! There are four or five dishwashers in the dishwashing room - included in the price. Chemical toilet disposal with camping butler "contactless" and also free of charge or the "vending machine solution" for 2 € possible. Included in the overnight price: the EchtBodensee-Card as a public transport ticket for the bus between Überlingen and Friedrichshafen, bus stop approx. 200m in front of the campsite.

The site is a terraced campsite on a steep hillside. The new operators have initiated some modernizations since 2021 and yet you can see the name "project" everywhere. Therefore, unfortunately, the price of €36.50 per night. for mobile homes, 2 adults, 1 child 2 years. just too expensive. But you can tell that something is happening here.

Super nice campsite with direct access to the Baltic Sea! Sanitary facilities were always clean, green maintenance on the square is done daily. Well-stocked Platz supermarket. Great for beach vacationers and bike enthusiasts! The town of Burg is about 7 km away by bike. However: the comfort offered here has its price!

Nice campsite, we had a pitch right on the Weser. Sanitary a bit older, but clean. Modernized restaurant with beer garden.

We love this campsite. lovingly managed, kiosk has everything you need. Bread service and family baths - great! We'll be back for sure when we're passing through!

Great parking space with great infrastructure! Bus line 340 runs directly in front of the square to Harburg train station, so you can be at the train station there in 30 minutes and after another 30 minutes with the regional and S-Bahn at the Landungsbrücken in the middle of Hamburg! We'd love to come here again when we're passing through!

Well-maintained campsite, right next to a small outdoor pool. Overall, the space is quite manageable in terms of its size, which we found very pleasant. Quiet location. A bakery can be reached on foot within 15 minutes and an Edeka supermarket after a total of around 20 minutes. Correspondingly faster with bicycles. We were satisfied!

Good space, sanitary facilities always clean. The team is friendly. Fortunately, we had a parking space right on the dike and thus a view of the green. We would not have wanted to stand on the rest of the site: everything was narrow, compact, many permanent campers, no beautiful parcels, no / hardly any hedges or trees as a partition. Location very neat!

As many others have already written here: the large, parceled parking spaces are great. The grass pavers help to park the mobile neatly. The sanitary facilities were always clean. The Italian restaurant on the square is also recommended! With the little train you can quickly get to town even without bikes, but not exactly cheap: 3 € / adult / trip. We were very satisfied!

Great place in the middle of nature and conveniently located. we were here in June 2021 to pass through to the North Sea. Super family and child-friendly, owner-run place. the operator is super nice and helpful. we will definitely come back one day!

beautiful campsite by the lake, some of which can also be used for swimming. Many cycling and hiking trails (5-lake circular route) in the immediate vicinity. The staff was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. The sanitary facilities also looked modern, but were currently not permitted for use (COVID-19). we would love to come back!

There is little to see in Brodenbach. Overall rather expensive - but currently we are happy to be able to go at all. But the culinary offer in the mill is right!

Very nice campsite, clean and modern. Good location: in ten minutes you can reach the other bank of the Moselle via a narrow pedestrian bridge and thus the “city center” of the city of Zell, which has around 4,500 inhabitants. However, there is only one corner shop and mostly restaurants, cafes and wine shops. If you want to prepare yourself for your stay with groceries, it is best to do so in the high-lying Zell-Barl shopping center.

Nice campsite that invites you to relax and unwind. The area invites you to go hiking and cycling, a former lime mine, which has been converted into a visitor mine, is within 500 m walking distance. a highlight are the super modern and clean sanitary facilities, which could easily keep up with hotels! Incidentally, dealing with Corona is extremely exemplary!

Great place, located directly on the Moselle. Relatively close to the castle Eltz. Toilets and showers were (in low season) very clean and well maintained. Good service and we will be back!

Great place for family with children. We enjoyed the foot-accessible chalk cliffs Møns Klint (2 km circular walk). Sanitary facilities in quantity too few (2 showers per sex) and the price not appropriate. In general, the price was far too expensive in our opinion: 52 € p. Night (2 persons + electricity)! Unfortunately we could not experience "Dark Sky" on both nights because of clouds.

Great place, with super nice, modern and clean toilets. Also well suited for a day trip to Copenhagen: with the Citypass Large you can get to Copenhagen by bus and train in about 50 minutes from the campsite, for DKK 160 or about € 22 per person (round trip total). The only drawback at the place: frequent inclination must be compensated with wedges!

Nice location right on the lake. The adjacent town has relatively little to offer. Overall, a bit more expensive than regionally usual. But also something nice, at least in the main building of the sanitary facilities. For showers fall 5 SEK / 4 minutes hot water, but because of the Water Protection Area - overall okay. Could be a total of more showers and toilets and the price a moo cheaper.

Great campsite, overall a bit out of the way. However, nice beach attached, which invites you to swim. Noteworthy: showers cost 5 SEK / 3 minutes. The whole thing is paid with the space-own keycard, which one receives at check-in and with which one closes all doors and barriers. Bzw it is booked on here and billed at check-out. Good system!

Place is beautiful, you are close to nature and the sea. The sanitary facilities should be a bit more modern, even the coins for hot water come from another time. Kivik is within walking distance (1.5 km), but there is not much to see. The beautiful sandy beach we could not compete due to lack of weather. Staff really nice and helpful. Overall location rather "off".

Stayed here during the main season 2019 for 2 nights. Sanitary facilities okay, but are likely to be cleaned more often. Hot water rather a rarity. Location is relatively "isolated". Positive: you can leave the place during your stay and mark the plot as "reserved". So you can go with the WoMo on the beach in Falkolk! ;-) Staff super nice and helpful!

Were here in May 2019. Something like a Einöd on the Lahn and still relatively "undiscovered". From here you can quickly reach the university in the city, but even faster on foot in the leisure and outdoor AquaMar. Attention: Emptying of chemical toilet only at fixed times (in the morning until about 9 o'clock) possible! Also a bit annoying the key, which one needs to close the toilets and showers.

Went here in August 2018 on our tour of Cornwall. Unique is the hillside location, which offers a great view of the sea and the city! Balancing wedges are required. Unfortunately, the subsoil, in an area where it rains like, was very muddy and soggy. That was less nice. Location on the outskirts, who is good on foot, but no problem! Sanitary facilities top, modern and always clean!

Stayed here for one night in transit from Dover to Cornwall in August 2017. Place was wonderfully quiet and unruffled, no fixed parcels, but free choice of seats on the "green field". The sanitary facilities ... well. Not worth mentioning, therefore also point deduction. But if you are in transit, bath and toilet with you, it is certainly well suited for a quiet night.

Stayed here for a weekend to get to the Hockenheimring (6.5 km one-way bike ride, along a paved bike path along the main road). Fixed closing times of the place, but also the showers reminds - just like the entire ambience - but rather on past camping times. Service is good. Unfortunately, the place for Durchgangsscamper loud on the main road.

Were here in august 2017. Service was good, room too. The shower facilities should have been a bit more modern, but they were always clean. Everything is fine! Footprint on lawn was very pleasant and large enough parceled.

Great campsite, especially for a city visit in Freiburg. In 4 km you are - comfortable with the wheels - at the Schwabentor and thus in the old town. Noisy noises at night, as others describe it, I can not confirm. Only the narrow driveway and relatively narrow paths and turning options. These challenge the driver of big mobile but much skill. Otherwise everything was great!

Views, views, peace and nature - for the price can hardly expect more! Stayed here for a nice night in September 2018. In the evening you can end the day comfortably with a view of the Rhine Valley at sunset. Overall, the location is more than offside. The offered sanitary facilities not visited.

Great place! Were here in 2017 and especially enjoyed the free shuttle to Innsbruck in the city. So we could not only visit the city, but this put into perspective the price - even if rather expensive. The quality offered at the place (also cleanliness of the great sanitary facilities) was the price but also worth it!

Great campsite in a decent location on Lake Garda: located directly on the promenade, you can reach on foot or alternatively better with the bike Garda (in the north of the square) or Bardolino and Lazise (in the south). Vacation made in 2014/2016/2017 - sanitary facilities needed an overhaul at that time.

Super nice campsite, from here you can reach Krk on foot and comfortably. Super clean sanitary facilities and prices - compared to Croatian comparison prices - also not uncommon. All in all we spent a great 3 days on vacation in 2018!

Just a great place, on a beautiful patch of earth. Ideal starting point for (cycling) walks through the vineyards or just to relax. Unique view, especially recommended in summer or late summer and autumn (when the wine is read).

Great place in a beautiful location! With the passenger ferry for € 1.60 per person and ride you are in 5 minutes on the other side of the Moselle. And from there fast on foot in the old town or for shopping in the Middle Rhine or Löhr Center. The camping is modern and was always clean during our visit! Unfortunately, but to call a total of very expensive, therefore two points deduction.

Great place, very modern. In the summer of 2018, however, much was still a construction site. Practical: Bus connection directly in front of the campsite to the Plitvice Lakes - back in the evening. Prices typical Croatian high season. We were very satisfied. The slightly elevated location offers a great view - sometimes wind gusts!

Regular place, deep places big enough. The toilets are partly older, but some are a bit new. When in doubt, you can choose which one to use. However, this is reflected in the lower price! Location good, center within walking distance, if you are good on foot. Beach also within walking distance, opposite campsite.

Great place. Were here in summer 2018. Everything was always clean, at the front of the pool bar you have the impression of being in a three star hotel. If the weather is good, really unique! Conditioning clean and well maintained. Stayed here in February 2019, 0 degrees at night, 11 degrees during the day. Unfortunately only 1 toilet, no shower, as partly kolportiert. It is great, that you get until 31.03.2019 even at night the Saarland Card for free and thus has free admission (2 h / day) in the Saarland-Therme. Great service! Otherwise not much in the area; Saargemünd was not worth it

Stayed at the end of October 2018 on a weekend for 2 nights. The campsite was very quiet, location for a stroll into the city quite cheap: either by bus, which runs regularly, but only about every hour. Or the 2 km walk. We have always opted for the latter. 2 points deduction, because the situation is already rather "off" and the sanitary facilities are likely to be overtaken.

Appropriate parking space with good location. One is fast in the town, can stroll on the Main or also quickly buy something. Supermarkets and drugstores within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. 5 € p. Night, max. 3 nights. Disposal included. Quiet at night. From here you are also relatively fast in the Hymer World or Wertheim Village - if it is too loud there.

With 40 € (high season) for one night, two people and van just too expensive. Location is very remote, but also quiet. In 15 minutes you are at a small platform, from where you can reach the center of Bad Dürkheim in a few minutes. Sanitary facilities were usually neat clean - but not more than you would expect for the price! We will not come again.

Super parking space. Offers partial shade, sometimes very sunny places. Some pitches are located directly on the Weser. Near the place is the associated country hotel with good catering business. The showers (2 €) must be very good, according to other users on site. The toilets were a bit out of time, but always clean (and included in the price). For one night 10 €, electricity separately.

Very practical place, the operator was very friendly, nice and talkative. In September 2017 there stood for 23 GBP per night, including fresh water, electricity, shower and chemical toilet disposal. After 5 minutes walk you reach the bus stop. From there you are with the line 6 in about 20 minutes in the middle of Southampton - so good location for a city tour. Sanitary facilities older, but clean!

Good parking space, directly behind the castle. Costs in the summer of 2017 (!) 4 GBP per night, without electricity and V / E. Fresh water could have been obtained, but with a strange snake, so left out. At night quiet place, in the morning as early tourist excitement. You use the place anyway, but to start his trip to the castle in the morning. Supermarket nearby.

We had a nice two nights here in the summer of 2017. Idyllic place, but sometimes prone to fog and rain. Quaint was the space pub. The infrastructure is consistently good. Sanitary facilities modern and always clean! Supply and disposal was included in the price, as well as chemical toilet. However: for the disposal here it needs a hose, which is why I was not able to use the option.

Guter Stellplatz, insbesondere gut geeignet für eine Übernachtung im Vorfeld einer Fährfahrt von Dünnkirchen hinüber nach Dover. So habe ich diesen Platz im Sommer 2017 genutzt. Einziges Manko, und daher auch ein Punkt Abzug: leider keine direkte Ver- oder Entsorgungsmöglichkeit. Diese lag etwa 500 Meter weiter irgendwo "im Grünen", immerhin jedoch auf dem Weg Richtung Dünnkirchen zur Fähre.

Super Stellplatz mit 24-stündiger An- und Abreise! Rezeption nicht durchgehend besetzt, die Damen dort aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Zum Platz gehören sehr ordentliche Sanitäranlagen, ebenso kostenlose Ver- und Entsorgungsmöglichkeit. 19 EUR pro Nacht, für 2 Personen. Auch das Schlafen im angekuppelten Wohnwagen ist hier ausdrücklich erlaubt! Perfekter Platz für die Durchreise, gerne wieder!

We used the place in transit from / to Croatia. The operators are super nice! After we checked in everything was shown to us personally. By the way: early departure before 11 o'clock receive for one night still a special tariff - we were charged with van, 2 persons and without pet 17 EUR tariff for the night. The toilets are super new and always clean.
