Not your usual CL more like a CL plus .We were there in November and the grass was wet so we were put on hardstanding by our great host Trevor.Hardstanding was on Astroturf which is really good since it stopped the van getting mucky. Shower and toilets are provided as well as a TV lounge is provided.Bus services are close by as well as a local pub which has limited food offerings .

I hated the stay here . Ok it’s handy for getting to city center but boy o boy is it a noisy site with local Spanish families creating mayhem for hours on end especially on s weekend. Advice to you is go elsewhere if you want peace and quiet.

Our first campsite in Portugal , thinks can only get better.If you love dogs you will love this site as it has barking local dogs at it till midnight. Personally I would Could easily have shoot the lot of them.

For what it is a basic CP it’s as good. Individual pitches marked out with wood logs , power free with the €10 site fee paid in cafe across the road. Bakery and cafe at entrance and really recommend the restaurant for food at night .Good cycling to Cochem .There is a waste Point to the SP next door at a cost of €2.
