Stopped here 2 nights Oct 17. Barrier and ticket machine not functioning, so it's effectively free. Water, cassette emptying point and drive over grey water drop near exit. Pleasant, if touristy town. Impressive citadel, with deer in the moat, closed on Mondays. Not too many hiking opportunities, but to the south, Mont Oroel at 1769m was surprisingly easy. Stopped 2 nights in April, on way back to Blighty. Its just a series of car parks, no facilities, but there is a font in the village for water. Very scenic, plenty of hiking, via ferrata, scores of vultures in the sky at any time. White water rafting nearby on the Rio Galleon. Top of my list for a return visit.

Nice little village, very quiet apart from the church bells, good services. Bakery 50 meters from the aire, has delicious chocolate bread.
