Sportzentrum Gaishorn am See

Great transit camper site with modern sanitary facilities, within walking distance of a lake where you can swim and also close to the village with a nice inn, delicious schnitzels!!!

On our way to Croatia we stayed here for a night. What great sanitary facilities! Everything hygienic and tidy. The first part of the camper site is the best. There you stand on cobblestones which is better when it rains. Not really cheap. We paid €28 for 2 adults and 1 dog. €24 space + €2 electricity + €2 for the dog. Why you have to pay for a dog on a campsite or camper site remains a question mark to me but so be it.

On our way to Zagreb we found this a nice place. You can just stand there, the manager comes between 18:00 and 20:00 to collect the money or you put the money in an envelope next to the space of the drinks machine. It is quite expensive but in return there is a super de luxe toilet and shower.
