De verbouwing is nog steeds bezig. Ook toen we hier in 2002 voor de eerste keer waren. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Sanitair oké. lekker zwembad. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelen en fietsen. 

The renovations are still ongoing, just like when we first stayed here in 2002. Friendly owners. Sanitary facilities are okay. Nice pool. Excellent base for hiking and cycling.

De aankomst geeft een zeer rommelige aanblik. 
De camping ligt achter het voormalig hotel, welke nu wordt gebruikt voor appartementen, heeft schaduwrijke plekken en heeft een gemoedelijke uitstraling. Sanitair is in orde. De camping in zijn geheel heeft wel het nodige onderhoud nodig. 
Direct naast de camping staat een paardenmanege waar je af en toe wat van hoort èn ruikt. 
Wij betaalden €51 p/n voor 2 personen. 

Upon arrival, the site looks quite untidy.
The campsite is located behind the former hotel, which is now used for apartments. It offers shady spots and a welcoming atmosphere. The sanitary facilities are fine. The campsite as a whole does require some maintenance.
Right next to the campsite is a riding school, which you can hear and smell occasionally.
We paid €51 per night for two people.

Het is een camping en geen camperplaats. Campinggedrag is toegestaan. We betaalden half augustus 53 euro voor 1 nacht incl stroom. Sanitair  en zwembad hebben we niet gebruikt.
de ingang van de camping is heel erg rommelig en het oogt niet als een plek waar je naar binnen wil rijden.
Je rijdt makkelijk op de fiets naar het leuke plaatsje Lienz.

It's a campsite, not a campervan site. Camping is permitted. We paid €53 for one night in mid-August, including electricity. We didn't use the restrooms or swimming pool.
The entrance to the campsite is very cluttered and doesn't look like a place you'd want to drive into.
The charming town of Lienz is easily accessible by bike.
