Camping Sennalpe

"Come on, we still have a little gravel strip left between the old mobile homes with extensions. We can squeeze a few campers in there and charge a hefty price." The photos above paint a far too rosy a picture. Fortunately, the lake and the surrounding area are beautiful. For the Zugspitze, it's a 40-minute drive to Ehrwald.

We were there between Christmas and New Year's Eve, snow on the mountains, mist on the lake, really beautiful. You can make beautiful walks. Clean and heated sanitary facilities. Many permanent places. Nice restaurant, musterallpe outside the campsite. Reutte/suspension bridge a quarter of an hour's drive away. We will definitely come back in the summer.

The campsite is beautiful and the sanitary facilities are super clean. Given the surroundings, I understand the prices that are quite high. We paid €120 for 2 nights (2 people, 2 dogs, small spot without electricity) If you have dogs (like us) it will be a bit more expensive Dogs cost €10 per dog per day (adults €11) so your children are cheaper than your dog to take to this campsite. But you can enjoy walking, paddle boarding, etc.
