EuroParcs Zilverstrand

Normally not a camping for us, but in the late season ideal. This large family camping has separate camper places with all facilities. We were alone and have walked and cycled around the various lakes. 15,- all-in, no money for this place.

We stayed here for 4 days in 2 places. Camper place and tourist place. Beautiful location, lots to do. Despite the heat, enough shady spots. Great for walking, cycling or making trips. By bike to Leopoldsburg. Visited museums. Cleaning lady really does her best, there is also a tractor to dry off after showering. Staff also does his best with this heat. (34 degrees) We thought it was recommended.

Sanitary facilities insufficient for the many guests. Cleanliness of sanitary facilities leaves much to be desired and showering with a child is impossible (block north). No water on the site so sanitary facilities mh are only possible to a limited extent. Marginality is the order of the day here (many guests are exactly like the Flodder family without rules/manners)! Neighbors even just pee along the roads. The only positive thing is that the tourist sites are spacious and in the shade and there is a lot to do for kids.
