Papillon Bouillon

The campsite has a nice location, but the campers and tents are parked on a strip of grass between the rows of chalets. The road from the center has a 14% incline. The sanitary building is quite new, but there is no soap or toilet paper available, and the showers and toilets are in the same building. The campsite is quiet until a gang of young people arrives and makes noise until 2 am; there is no supervision regarding nighttime rest. No refund if you leave early because of this.

Beautifully situated campsite on top of the mountain near Bouillon. 15 min. via forest path to Bouillon. In March, the restaurant and swimming pool were still closed. Very clean sanitary facilities. Bouillon is a beautiful town and the surrounding area is great to explore: hiking, cycling, museums.

Beautiful surroundings and a quiet location. However, the campsite itself still needs some work: the restrooms aren't finished yet, there's no toilet paper provided, and the trash can is dirty. The campervan pitches are unpaved, which is less practical in rainy weather. Greywater disposal is also not possible, and there are power outages due to overbooking. Potentially a beautiful spot, but it still needs a lot of improvement. Not recommended at this time.
