Very doable. During the day paid the normal parking fee and later paid the overnight stay at the man in the payment booth. Along the tower you walk one straight road into the center. And there is a staircase down to get to the waterfalls. At night stood reasonably quiet except for a car alarm at 4.00 am. Top spot.

At the time we were here (27-06-2016) the payment box was empty. During the day, just calm at night. Within walking distance of the falls.
