Manage your Campercontact PRO subscription

Did you take out your Campercontact PRO subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store? Then you can arrange everything related to your subscription directly via the store of your device. Below you will find step-by-step how to manage, change or cancel your subscription.

For Apple App Store users:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID settings.
  • Go to 'Subscriptions'. You may find this option under 'iTunes & App Store' or directly in the main menu, depending on your iOS version.
  • Find your Campercontact PRO subscription in the list and tap it.
  • Here you can manage your subscription; you can renew, upgrade, downgrade or cancel it. Follow the on-screen instructions to make the desired changes.

For Google Play Store users:

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  • Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the screen, and choose 'Subscriptions'.
  • Search for your Campercontact PRO subscription in the list and tap it.
  • On this page you can manage your subscription. You have the option to edit the subscription, for example by renewing, changing or canceling it. Follow the on-screen instructions to implement your changes.
