We were here from Saturday to Sunday. Except for one spot, the parking lot was full of local visitors to the castle. After 9:00 PM it got quieter. Quiet at night, a few fishermen were there early in the morning. Had no inconvenience. The pitches are all slightly crooked, but blocks are needed. Furthermore, it is wonderful to be on the water with a beautiful view of the castle.

August 2020 February 2020 Arrived on February 28 - stood 1 night! We were the only camper in February. There were no cars on the waterfront, so nicely set down. Nice quiet area. Castle stood in the scaffolding.
August 2019 Lovely spot right next to the river, restaurant at edge of carpark had excellent food & really friendly.
