First Camp Lakolk Strand on the island of Rømø is a holiday paradise in southern Jutland, just a few kilometres from the German border and next to a UNESCO-protected nature preserve. Experience an ultra-modern campsite in the dunes next to one of Europe’s widest sandy beaches in the largest island in the Danish Wadden Sea. Stay in a tent, caravan, motorhome or cottage that accommodates up to six people. All with the golden sandy beach and bright blue Wadden Sea just a few meters away.

Really nothing special about this campsite, no charm, full of people, mosquitoes galore, after that there is everything you need (toilets, showers, etc.) but very expensive for not much.

Huge campsite. The sanitary facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is very weak, and the price per night is very high at €51. After staying for two nights, we received a text message saying we could book two more nights with a 30% discount; the campsite was barely half full.
