Great spot so close to the historic center. Quiet at night. 15 euros for 24 hours. Next to the parking lot is a waterfront café: Kohvik Kai with a terrace. Free Wi-Fi: Port of Tallinn. It's a shame there are no other amenities. Otherwise, I would have given 4 stars.

Great, close to the center, but loud music from Cafe Star until 3:00.

Large car park with ample maneuvering space. Level. Walking distance to Tallinn city centre and, convenient for us, also close to Terminal A for the Helsinki ferry. Payment is 15 euros for 24 hours; it is easy at the machine. Be aware of noise from the entertainment centre across the street.
