This location is no longer available it is a large construction site. The gym employee who is still there indicated that it is allowed to spend the night in the parking lot in front of the gym. for the administrators please remove this place from Campercontact

This place is still there. Register and pay (currently €20) at the Sports Center. Then you get the key to the power pole. Drive around the building and then you are at the river. Great place close to Neristan, the oldest part of Kokkola with the wooden houses.
