Good morning, We have a former 2-hectare farmhouse and would like to make it available to passing travelers. Our estate is located in the heart of a beautiful little village with a café, bar-tabac, restaurant and many more. Beautiful little village located near Douai (5 km), Lens (15 km), Arras (20 km) and Lille (30 km). Access close to the A1 Lille - Paris motorway exit at the Auchan Noyelles-Godault shopping center or Maison du monde, IKEA. There are also nearby places to visit: the Louvres Lens museum, the historic site of the Lewarde mine, the Vimy site and its Canadian monument, the Loos en Gohelle slag heaps, the Gayant festivals in Douai and many others that we can recommend. The land is secure, flat and easy to access with a grass driveway. To park a camper van, caravan etc... There is a large grassy and wooded area overlooking a magnificent view of the horses on the estate. An open hangar of 250 m2 is available in case of bad weather, a room of 100 m2 is equipped with tables, chairs, reading corner and accessible electrical outlet. There is a toilet area with a sink and the possibility of filling the tank of your camper van or drinking water containers (see prices on site). In the area there is a children's play area and a relaxation area for adults with hammock, hanging chairs, ping-pong table, pétanque courts, etc. Pets are allowed.
