Belvédère de l’Obiou

We had a wonderful stay here. The welcome from the owner at reception was truly warm and friendly. Of course, we had a delicious meal one evening at the campsite restaurant. The food was good, and the way the campsite owner treated us almost felt like a stand-up comedy. This French host has a sharp and witty sense of non-French humor. We highly recommend this campsite!

A very friendly welcome, treated like a true customer. Clean sanitary facilities and a good hot shower. Excellent campsite for an overnight stay. The immediate area doesn't offer many options. We took the local train ride from La Mure. The train ride isn't particularly spectacular, but the destination is truly stunning: a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps.

Great campsite with large pitches. Friendly welcome and lots of explanation. The service area for campers is also excellent. Waste bins are located outside the campsite. However, I was misled by the name. There's no view; the hedges and trees are too high.
