No one was present on arrival and we waited until 4 o'clock. Unfortunately, at 3.30 pm we received a message that my mother had been admitted to hospital with heart problems. It was so serious that we were asked to come home asap. Told the whole story at reception and was still impressed, asked to be refunded for 4 nights (had booked 5 nights).
