Camping Municipal Les Iles de Silon

What a lovely campsite. The welcome from the young lady at the reception was super friendly. She speaks English and tries to pick up some Dutch herself due to the many Dutch visitors. The sanitary facilities are excellent, spotlessly clean, even including a disabled toilet and shower. Beautiful view of the Rhone and the Wijnberg. A fantastic cycle path in good condition runs alongside the campsite. There are beautiful cycling and walking routes in the surrounding area. A big thumbs up from us.

Stayed here on March 29/30. The location is great on the Rhône, with a bakery and a restaurant within walking distance. The campsite facilities are complete, but a bit dated. The attractive price of €13, as well as the very friendly lady at reception, makes up for a lot. Definitely recommended.

Great campsite along the Rhone Basic but good sanitary facilities (shower was unfortunately cold) Very friendly hostess who waited for our late arrival after we called
