Camping Onlycamp Pierre et Sources

Fine transit campsite for one night with a small pool. Reception very friendly and we were allowed to choose our own pitch on this compact campsite. Sanitary facilities OK, but could be cleaned a bit more often.

Quiet campsite for a stopover. Basic amenities (toilet, washing facilities) were good. Nice town (Volvic) within walking distance. You can take a few beautiful walks from the campsite. Camper pitches are laid out in terraces, separated by tall bushes. It is an Only Camp campsite: €15 per night without electricity. There is space for a few campers in front of the campsite, but that spot is not recommended due to traffic noise.

Reception was closed. There was no one to speak to. There's a machine at the gate where you can use a credit card for payment, but there's a message saying the motorhome pitch area is closed. I tried phoning the number on the map-board but couldn't get through. My advice is to forget this site.
