I always ask my French and foreign vacationers to tell me if something is wrong. I consider that between adult humans, we can talk to each other and find solutions... I am therefore always surprised to discover this type of commentary by computer screen, what courage! So I put in context because I have memory. As you booked the day before your arrival, a very busy Tour de France weekend, you had the last big place we had left. Privilege pitches differ in size. You therefore had a large, stabilized pitch, which is very useful in the event of heavy rain. And since you were in a campervan... no problem a priori... As for the shower, I wonder where and when you took this photo because we make cleanliness a priority. Given the crowds that weekend and sometimes the lack of civility of some, incidents may occur between 2 cleanings. Just let us know and we'll get right to it. You could also have taken a picture of the garbage cans before they were emptied or of the lawn before they were mowed... We are nevertheless going to ask our team to be extra vigilant.

Simple camping. Showers were lukewarm. No soap or toilet paper. Wifi only at the bar. Received very kindly. Facilities easily accessible.

Thank you for your comment on the quality of our welcome and our facilities. I'm sorry you didn't see the soap and toilet paper we provide. We will not fail to show them to you on the occasion of a future visit.

The website states that the reception is open all day. They were closed between 11am and 2pm so I could wait for hours. Enough time to read the notice in the trash. They ask for respect for their work but Madame and the missus certainly didn't have that for me.

Although your name does not appear. I guessed who you were after reading your comment. I expected that. I will restore the truth. We actually close the reception between 12pm and 2pm, and certainly not 11am. it's written at the entrance. Entry in season is from 2 p.m. because our holidaymakers can keep their pitch until 12 p.m. What you don't write, however, is how you behaved when you arrived. You were extremely rude and aggressive to my husband, our receptionist and me and when I pointed this out to you, you told me you were tired, sick and disabled. Fatigue, illness and disability do not prevent anyone from being respectful. Luckily for us, you only stayed one night! And I was on the verge of not welcoming you, I told you so, but given your condition, I didn't...out of respect!
