Camping Vert Auxois

Upon arrival, we were greeted very kindly by the owner. The pitches are spacious and easily accessible. The electricity and water supply are located in a single column. The sanitary facilities look neat, and showering is under a lovely, constant warm stream. The surroundings invite cycling, and the village is worth a visit. In short: highly recommended.

Plus (and minus) points of others are correct but for us: no toilet paper, temperature variation showers and the back-breaking deep sinks a star off. Sogginess due to (a lot of) rain is becoming an issue at many campsites/camper sites, this could be addressed by providing multiple places with (partial) hardening. Friendly, busy pruning and swimming pool, so yes experience in a month could be +1 star.

Unfortunately from us only 2 stars. It was swampy and muddy. The camper got stuck! We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed 1 night. The owner helped us to get "loose" and we got 1 night's money back. If it were paved places it would be worth more stars. The toilets were very clean and the shower nice and warm and free. That's for sure!
