Area Sosta Camper Dinan

Fine spot as long as it hasn't rained or isn't going to rain. Otherwise, a mud puddle. Nice little town to get to the zebra crossing via a goat path/steep forest path.

We visited this place back in 2023 as well. It's free, and there's more than enough space in the meadow behind the paved pitches. It's less than a five-minute walk from "Port Dinan," where you can enjoy a nice meal by the water at various restaurants. You can also reach the city walls within 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

Great to have this space provided free of charge (to note, the field, when open, is free for motorhomes etc, the small, hard standing, motorhome parking area - which was not open and being used for construction work when we were there - is payable during the day). Coming from the west it was very difficult to work out how access, and we ended up driving along the port road, but we're a small van <3.5 tonnes so don't feel too badly about that.
