Drinking water, electricity. Pets welcome. Respect the place, leave it as you found it. Between fields and forest, fenced plot on grass with shade and/or sun. Shared entrance gate. Quiet, restful spot. There may even be a jacuzzi (rule to be respected). The activities On site: See the sheep, walk around the grounds.
