nice quiet place in the middle of the green camper in the shade cheap bread shop nearby nice bathrooms clean enough cycle path to the castle. At the reception Teo very friendly

A nice campsite with spacious pitches. If you only want to see Chenonceau Castle from the outside and take photos, you have to cycle straight along the Cher, under the bridge on the unpaved cycle path. If you want to visit it, €18 p.p., follow the signs and turn left over the bridge. We also cycled to Amboise, a beautiful old town on the Loire with nice restaurants. We cycled through the fields and forests.
