Fairly large campsite, good for an overnight stay while passing through. Everything is available, including loading and unloading water. The pond is indeed dry.

The pond is empty. Neat camping spot on a main road. One toilet at the rear of the building was clean. You can dispose of your chemical toilet and wastewater there.
