Camping Les Sables Rouges

Given the large number of campers on the ferry, there was some concern that the campsite might fill up quickly. Then it turned out that behind the camper pitches with electricity, there was a large open area for campers that do not require power. So there is more than enough space. A nice campsite, therefore, for both the early and the late ferry.

Great campsite for the boat the next morning. I think it can easily accommodate 50 campers. You can walk to the sea with a sandy beach in 50 meters. Sanitary facilities are average, but everything else is there! 22 euros per night for 2 people with a camper. Bastia is 4 km away; you can walk, cycle, or take the train for 1 euro.

A nice base for a visit to Bastia or for an overnight stay on or to the ferry. The campsite is basic with reasonable, but clean sanitary facilities. However, the owner is a bit surly and doesn't let himself be pushed around. The advantage of this campsite is that it is located on a beautiful sandy beach and there is a cycle/footpath leading to Bastia. We paid €28 p/n for camper and 2 campers.
