Camping Ernella

Beautiful, quiet campsite with a large meadow and free choice of pitches. Access to a lovely river, even with a small sandy beach. Classic, but clean, spartan restrooms. Friendly and uncomplicated reception. I'd definitely stay again as a stopover.

Remote, large site; run by a lovely older couple. In August, 3 of around 50 pitches were occupied. Many pitches with shade. Lovely river bathing area 5 minutes walk away. Older but clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, no shops anywhere nearby. No bread roll service either. So planning ahead is a must.

Super nice and helpful managers! Price has changed: €27 for 2 people and camper per night. Water tank can be refilled with watering can and toilet cassette can be emptied in normal toilet. Swimming in river at private beach. Sanitary simple, but clean! We have experienced it very differently. Definitely recommended for those seeking peace and quiet.
