Beautiful, quiet camper site, with almost every spot overlooking the canal. There's ample space for emptying and refueling water. Toilets can be emptied. A lovely bike path runs along the canal.

We found it to be a very nice spot with shady trees along the water's edge. We don't think it can accommodate 70 campers, especially if the awning is extended. The code for the restroom building is AB24. The great thing about these campervan sites is that you can pay via the app, and you can then drive in and out with a card by holding it against the keypad. Another advantage is that you can see how many spaces are available in the app.
