Camping de la Forêt

Margriet A very pleasant and quiet place (well, at the end of October) and a very friendly welcome. A beautiful spot in the autumn forest. The restaurant was also very pleasant. It's a lovely cycling area, and I was there during the autumn crane migration. You could hear them clearly. I received advice about a good spot to see many cranes landing at sunset. The sanitary facilities were good, but I think they would be too limited when the campsite is full. I would love to come back.

Super friendly welcome. Even spoke Dutch. Beautiful camper spots right behind reception (67/71). Sufficient sanitary facilities. Nice little pool and restaurant. More within walking distance. With a kiosk for refreshments and pedal boats, etc. A wonderful area for cycling. We'd love to come back!

There are better spots on the lake. Sanitary facilities: one old and unkempt, one slightly newer but also poorly cleaned. (See photos) They prefer to invest in new mobile homes rather than in the existing facility. Restaurant: dirty cutlery, stained glasses, food without commentary. (There's a lack of passion for their work here.) The pitches are okay, some are small but shady. The nearby beach is very good, hence the 2 stars. The staff is friendly. Could be better!!
