Peace and quiet... money (5 euros) in the mailbox and no one to deal with... the road there is beautiful, though it's a bit off the highway, but hey, we have the time... wonderful view. Donkeys braying occasionally and church bells that are unmissable, but we enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

A quiet spot on a farm, where we ended up because the large camper site in Pont-à-Mousson was full. Lironville is easily accessible, even in the dark. Because the sanitary facilities are closed in winter, you pay €5 (cash!) for an overnight stay with electricity. Church bells and donkeys didn't disturb us. We slept wonderfully!
