Camping Les Boucles de la Moselle

Great campsite for a stopover. Small swimming pool for when it's very hot. Showers are dated but clean. Washing dishes are available. Reasonable. Large pitches and great surroundings for cycling. I come here every year on my way through and I really like it.

Contrary to a previous review, we generally had a good experience at this campsite. The comment about the dishwashing/shower water is justified. The sanitary facilities are clean, with regular toilet paper refills. The pool isn't large, but it is clean and regularly checked. Spacious pitches are available for you to choose from. If you arrive early, there's plenty of choice. The listed price is incorrect. A minimum of 23 euros is charged without electricity.

When we arrived we thought we could stand next to the water, but we saw a fence between the camping spots and the water. Disappointment 1. When I wanted to shower, the water was ice cold, which is really not nice. One of us showered at night and then you apparently have hot water. Disappointment 2. There is no toilet paper in the toilets. Disappointment 3. The shop at the campsite is worthless and super expensive. Disappointment 4. NOT RECOMMENDED
