Tried calling first, got answering machine. Drove there anyway, in early January, should be possible, but we stood in front of a closed gate. After ringing the bell, a young man came who only spoke French, the campsite turned out to be closed and so was the campsite he referred us to. eventually arranged something else myself.
lees meerGot to gate, only phone numbers but no English or Dutch speaking on the phone, so challenging to get to side. the CP owner did arrive shortly after, the gate is actually broken. Somehow managed. Paid 15€/night not 10€. Sanitary ok, free shower, place to do dishes. place for 4 campers. Not much to do in the area. no walking or cycle paths. But lovely stop over. in the morning fox was SCREAMING right outside of the camper, funny experience.
lees meerMagnificent location for sleeping, the children have a nice playground, the toilets are very clean. Exclusive: champagne tasting in the house at the top of the large gardens. I recommend.
