5 stars for what it is... toilet and warm shower on site for free. relatively quietly, it was just a stop over for us. not sure about if water was available.

1.It’s free, 2. It was quiet (12.5.23) 3. If you want water you can buy jetons/tokens for 4€ and you can have an hours electric for 4€(why would you?). 4. There is a free toilet and warm shower. It’s in the car park of the Salle des fêtes. Loo at rear There are a 2 or 3 hotels to eat in and the Relais des marches de l’Est opened up at 17.30 to serve us drinks.
