Hotel Restaurant Au Vieux Pressoir

Is a simple but very nice camper place with a beautiful view over the vineyards. Very quiet and quickly full. Beautiful walks can be made to Soulzmatt and Westhalten. A topper for those who like wine tasting on the associated wine estate.

indeed a paradise. A friendly welcome in English, German or French. Super. Good and educational explanation about the two wines we tasted and still bought two bottles. You look out over the vineyards. The drive there via the vineyards was not possible. The last part was unpaved. Our advice: Do not drive the last part via the wine route.

Sometimes you find such a gem of a free camper place! That is certainly the case here. As you arrive, the hotel is on the left, the auberge on the right. To the right of the auberge is the winery, check in there. Then follow the path up and on the right is the camper place near the white party tent. The power box is also there, but a special plug is required. As a thank you, I bought a bottle of wine that was very nicely priced and nice to see the old tradition!
