September 2025. Very basic camper site. Too bad truck drivers feel compelled to spend the night here. At 6:30 a.m., you wake up to the sound of engines starting. Baker coming by?? No baker in sight... We were parked under chestnut trees, so at this time of year, chestnuts falling on the camper roof wasn't very pleasant either. One night was enough, and we left.

all that has been written and we were there nicely next to our 1 French couple current when it got dark could cycle along the canal to the source of the Scheldt, on TV series much nicer and went to the tunnel to see that too, impressive and was good to see, some lesser cycle paths and much unpaved, we enjoyed it were discharge and take possible also empty toilet what more could you want, nearby also space at the harbour for 12 campers

Quite. The small local town a short distance away and canal towpath close. No electricity or water available. A shame, it could be nice.
