Good location for visiting Etretat and the cliffs. A 1-kilometer walk to the center. It's a bit tricky to open the barrier at the entrance. Electricity is NOT free, but very expensive. 8 euros for 12 hours. You have to install an app for this and then pay by credit card. Very inconvenient. d

It's just a campsite like many others, fenced in, with water and waste disposal. A single person with a motorhome costs €13.60 per 24 hours, a few cents more for two people. A good starting point, a 10-minute walk into town. I don't understand the whining about the ticket machine at the entrance. Everything is explained clearly, translated into many languages. It works wonderfully. Just read it at your leisure and don't frantically press anything, as I've seen some people do.
